I use the Resource center when things get tight. The volunteers are very friendly, non judgemental and are extremely clean. You dont have to wear a mask though they do recommend one. They are always nice enough to explain the process so your not lost on what to do. Wait time vary depending on the amount of customers and time of day. If you need food assistance this is a great place to get it. Keep up the wonderful work.

This organization is a blessing to so many. I dont know what I would do without them supplementing our groceries.

Theyre very generous they give you a lot of food I just wish theyd give you more to make meals with its just random things one time we got a big box of restaurant chicken and I tell you what that stuff lasted us the whole month and were very thankful for food bank theyre fast friendly efficient courteous theyre empathetic and understanding and were glad to have them

People are nice but thing is they give out expired food had to throw away everything that wasnt canned. Was given rancid meat molded bread out of date milk by months not just days but months I DO NOT RECOMMEND going here

It was somewhat confusing at first. The requirements need to be updated; the need for information should be modified. The selections are exceptional.

This is truly a lifesaving resource. The workers are organized and respectful. I dont know what we would do without this organization. Although the line was long, the distribution was timely and efficient.

Staff is very helpful friendly nice very knowledgeable and just seems a lot faster now that you just line up and go through a line instead of going in and have to sit and give it a number and wait and wait and wait

This is such a great facility, everyone is extremely nice and helpful. I recently learned that they help with cat and dog food which is amazing.

The people are friendly, many bilingual, and absolutely do not judge anyone based on our financial worth. They actually made me feel better about swallowing my pride to go ask for free food. When youre poor, sometimes the only thing good in your life is the meal in front of you. Thanks to everyone there for keeping thousands of people from the suffering the experience of starving in our own homes.

I love this food bank I go every month this place allows me to spend my food stamps on meats for the month. I get all my sides an more from here. Im a diabetic I need fresh fruits an vegetables I get plenty of that for a whole month . I appreciate this clean well stocked food bank I dont think I will ever go to another one !

The staff here is friendly and informative. They dont judge you or your circumstances. They have a good selection of food. If you have questions there is always some one there to help you. The shop is clean and well maintained.It can be very busy so I would suggest getting there with plenty of time to get to your other errands.

Very pleasant experience! Staff and volunteers give very good service to people in need. They are very kind and caring, good to answer any questions or concerns regarding the pantry. You shop like going to a food store. You can pick the items that you need from the list according to your family size.

They were nice. We got quick service & the food was not old and outdated like most other food pantries. There were a couple of things that the use by date had passed a couple of days before. Most things had a future expiration date.

This place is a food bank. They give out pretty decent food and a decent amount. Would be nice if they would let you come more than one time in 30 days.

Extraordinary helpful. My first time here and they were very friendly and welcoming, explained everything to me thoroughly. The center is clean, well maintained, all the food is in date, there is variety, and its not depressing. It felt like shopping and it was nice to not feel embarrassed or demeaned for needing their services.

I went at 130 and it wasnt crowded. I was home by two. Very nice people.

Friendly caring people, good selection of food, get there early, lines form quick. Most people bring something to use as a placeholder in line or a chair to sit. it faces east so its hot in the mornings in summertime. A blessing to those in need

The Food Resource Center is a great resource for anybody needing a little bit of help to make their groceries stretch.The staff is always so friendly and professional. Everyone is always smiling. There are many employees that are multi lingual also.We found out today that south OKC and Norman are served, as well as Moore, so that even more folks can be served.

Such a wonderful resource for the Moore-Norman area. In addition to helping address food insecurity, this Center also matches residents with additional community resources that help with things like prescriptions and utility bills. It is also an excellent place to volunteer for groups of all sizes, ages 8 and up!

What a delight to volunteer here. Morgan was wonderful! Our youth group had a great time organizing and helping out. Cant wait until we are able to come back.

This is a DHS resource for people who need help with food. It helps supplement folks who are disabled or are living on a very limited income. The food is fresh and there is a wide variety. All of the food is donated and the employees are very kind and helpful. Its a humbling experience and the patrons are grateful for the help.

Always have been able to get in and out quickly. The selection is great and like many others have mentioned I never felt judged by staff or volunteers. This has been very helpful in keeping food in the pantry and fridge.

Call ahead to make sure you are within their zip code.They help out alot of individuals with food. The selection is really good. They even precheck items to make sure their is no mold. Wait time is a given but its worth the wait.

Well stocked and they dont look at you like youre dirt or below them. Sure helps when you really need it.

Most food that are not canned are out of date, frozen green salads, the bread and sweets are generally molded within a day or two. Produce is well on the way to being bad.Overall not a good experience
