I needed to have a registration and title for a boat i purchased. Gayle was great. She had it done in about 20 minutes, ( if you have all your paperwork correct). Also ask about the custom lettering for your boat or jet ski. It looks great and saves a lot of time. p.s. Say hi to Pam. :)

I HIGHLY recommend CS Performance if you are looking for a great deal on a Jet Ski and great service following it up. My wife and I bought a jet ski after the staff listened to us and recommended the perfect jet ski for our needs. The first hour of use, the kids let the tow rope go into the engine. I called CS Performance and was told to bring it in. The technician took his time and checked out the entire jet ski. Only then did he decide that no damage was done.While we were putting the cover back on, the technician noticed a tiny thread separation and immediately asked if he could keep the cover a couple of days to get the tiny separation repaired. When the jet ski cover was returned to us, all seams of the ENTIRE cover had been restitched !!!!You just don’t see that level of service in today’s world. Well, my wife and I have learned that when two kids are involved, two jet ski’s are required, so we will be purchasing another jet ski and rest assured, it will come from CS Performance.Tony & DonnaHigh Rock Lake NC

Their customer service is incredible. I had a small issue after i purchased the ski, not only did they NOT HESITATE to address the issue, but they offered to come pick it up off my dock during their busiest time of the year! Unbelievable, before i purchased this ski, I went physically to almost all of the other jet ski dealers in the area...WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. Their showroom and skis are clean and neat enough to eat off the floor, Greg and Don are two of the greatest guys you will ever meet. And the customer service after the sale has been tremendous. This place is great. If youre looking to purchase a used PWC this is the place to go. Just bought my first ever PWC from them - 05 Seadoo GTX LTD - Love it!. Their showroom floor is filled with immaculate looking used PWCs... so clean I thought they were all brand new when I first walked in. The skis were checked over front to back, head to toe, inwards and outwards...I definitely left confident that I was getting a great used PWC that looks and performs like a brand new one. Soooo happy with my purchase and the customer service Ive received so far. The staff is super friendly and are all straight shooters. Knowing I was a first time rider, they took the time and effort to make sure I was fully prepared for my maiden voyage. Absolutely a great group. Looking forward to many many hours out on the lake with my brand new (but used) PWC!
