Just bought my daughter her Halloween costume. Their selection is huge! The girl at the front desk was amazing. I think her name was Diana. She is a Halloween expect y’all!! She came down the isles and helped us pick out a few. Since costume sizes are a little iffy, she suggested that my daughter try on the costumes to make sure it fit and we were happy with it. She even gave us advice on how to accessorize and make it look amazing! It was like having a personal shopper with us! They have large dressing rooms. We will be back next year for sure. They do have a no return policy that is stated on the front of the register at check out, so be sure to TRY IT ON before you leave the store. I understand this because this is a seasonal store. And do not object to this. Put this place on your list for Halloween.

Tons of fun ideas for costumes for the upcoming holiday havent decided yet who I want to be. Definitely will take something from here for my party. The staff are friendly easy going and jovial Im very much in a costume spirit no pun intended

Receipt did not say no returns. There was no sign when I purchased it. Rude person at register. Person said when I bought it I could return before Halloween. Recommend staying clear. Costumes are crazy expensive too. If they dont fit...they dont care.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Extra RUDE and BELITTLING when we went to do a return they treated us like children and said if we didn’t want the items then we shouldn’t have bought it but we literally just found a cheaper version sorry we are on a budget it’s a pandemic.

Very Knowledgeable staff! I came in not sure of what I wanted and, the blonde lady at the counter helped me a lot (Diana?). I was greeted as soon as I came in and felt like they really wanted to help me get what I wanted. I had gone to another store and was completely ignored glad I went to Halloween Express!

I went to this store looking for a costume for a theme party but I wasnt sure what I wanted to be. The manager was so helpful. He helped me come up with an idea and walked me through every aisle to find the parts I needed. They didnt have one of the items in my size, so the manager checked with the other stores and had the item delivered the next day. Great experience and the costume was a huge hit at the party!

Very negative experience. Apparently the guy who checked me out was the owner of the company Brandon Morris. Kind of weird example to set for your employees. Here are the two main things that got on my nerves:1 - You DONT end a transaction with Alright Man. You end it with Have a Good Day Sir. Or something along those lines. Kind of common sense.2 - When a customer says theyre just looking you dont approach them and start clapping your hands together especially if one of them is a fist, kind of a weird body language message there, MAN.Straighten up your attitude.

Zach just has no sense of humor. clearly not the kind of person who needs to be going into a halloween store if you cant get into a fun spirit.The owner is incredibly nice and FRIENDLY! Hes personable, more worried about the experience of the customer than a professional image.Not that he is not professional, if you have a problem he will assist you.Zachs one bad review on here says that he is probably just overly sensitive, wonderful store. will go again.

Halloween Express has a good halloween selection, but the prices are WAY jacked up.I never go there anymore. I always just go to Party city. I dont want to put a star but this cite wont let me post without a star.😡

The staff was excellent and super friendly and super helpful to find a costume for my child! Got excellent service will return next year!
