The staff in the store have always been friendly and helpful and I have had no issues in-store. It was when I used the online ordering where I have major issues with this company and will never shop with them again. I bought a supplement that was buy two get one free so I ordered two. I had to of course provide my email address to complete the order. They immediately began spamming me with sales promotions. I clicked the unsubscribe two different times then clicked on Report Spam in Gmail. Today I got another sales promotion so they are clearly not respecting the unsubscribe opt out process and when I got my order today... yep only two bottles instead of the two plus one free that was promised. Avoid this company.

Nice clean store. Just alway low stock.They want to order it for you but then you have to go back by and pick it up.

I would give zero stars if possible. This company discriminates against people with disabilities and it seems Men of a certain age as well. I am a 33 yr old male with a medical condition that prevents me form wearing a mask. By NC state law there is an exception to the mandate for such people as myself. There were only 3 people in this store including the employee, the doors were propped open for fresh air and the woman shopping did not have a mask and was not asked to leave because she did not have one. Upon calling corporate they said their policy was to deny service to anyone without a mask regardless of the reason and the state law was of no concern to them. So if you are a young healthy looking male you will be denied but if you are a middle aged woman you will not be hassled it seems. If you have asthma, anxiety, lung cancer, or any other disability it doesnt matter to these folks......take you business to GNC where they actually care!

Placed an online order 75% of which was supposed to be filled in store with their products. Got there and picked up the order only to find out the 75% of the products that the store was supposed to supply was not in there. Went back and was basically told they couldnt do it and that if we wanted a refund, we needed to contact customer care. They got credit for the sale but they couldnt produce the product and wouldnt issue a refund for a sale their store got credit for. Great job Vitamin Shoppe Mooresville. Youve lost a customer for the whole company because of how you handled this transaction!

The staff are friendly and very helpful if your having a little trouble finding what you want, or just need some suggestions. Highly recommend.

Nice folks. I get all my vitamins here. They do home delivery but I havent done that.

I stopped by here looking for Matcha tea and a few other things; I had never been before, so I wasnt sure if I was going to find what I needed. As soon as I walked in an associate approached me and was very welcoming and offered to help me find what I was looking for. I walked around the store for a few minutes just looking and found awesome products that I was very happy to find. As I walked through the store I heard customers coming in and immediately being helped by very friendly associates who did everything they possibly could to help their guests. I just wanted to give a shoutout to this location because I had a great experience and am happy with the Matcha Tea I got and will continue going here for anything else I need. I highly recommend going here!

Do not use your credit card with these people. It took months to figure out why we were getting Keto supplements sent to the house. Involuntarily signed us up on a plan charging the card every month.
