The normal station blvd is my favorite gnc because it’s small and quiet but always has what I’m looking for. The manager Gray is awesome, very informative and helpful.The only reason this isn’t 4-5 Stars is because of the sales associate Nick. He doesn’t listen to customers at all. I had a large purchase where I wanted to use our rewards dollars and I told him then after checking the receipt when I got home- it was never applied. My bought process was okay I’ll just come back and buy snacks and use the points. Today I was walking to the counter with snacks, I asked to use points before he even scanned anything then when he told me the total I asked again and that’s when he said “it has to be over $50 to use them.” Which would’ve been nice to know before he rang everything up and only frustrated me more because I had tried to use our points on a $150 purchase just days before that he ignored.Overall, the store and manager are great but if you have any questions or want to use any membership perks or anything aside from a general purchase- go when Gray is there or go to the other gnc in town.
