Went in to look for a used truck. Went through 3 individuals, because i didnt want a brand new truck. They inspected my current truck for appraisal as a trade in, said it would take a few days to get appraisal. Then salesman got my name and number because some trucks were coming in a few days and would call me. Week later no call.. stay away from this place, salesman only interested in quick high priced sales. Unknown to salesman i was only started to look for a truck to get a feel for current prices and styles. I have excellent credit and was willing to pay for a new truck in cash on the spot if i found one. I had $100,000 cash on me. Never to guess a book by its cover.
Dropped off my van at 7:30 and it was done by 11. Fast and friend service. I misunderstood some of the charges and they credited my Moss account. It was a nice gesture knowing that I made the mistake. Only issue was they removed a reusable cabin filter and did not return it to me until I asked for it. I did get the filter back. I have been taking my Hondas here for over 10 years as well as a Durango to their Dodge service center. My experiences have been mixed but lately they seem to be making customer service a priority.I dont like taking my vehicles in for service but this instance I felt at ease. Additionally, I got a text when my vehicle was done and I was able to pay the bill online. Pretty cool. Got to the service department, got my car and left. No signing papers, or waiting for them to be printed. That was the best part.I was also looking forward to my vehicles tire alignment report but they never gave it to me. They have a new automated system. Maybe next time I guess.I also did not get the vehicle inspection sheet (the one with the green, yellow and red boxes). Hopefully everything checked out.Good job Moss but there is still room for improvement.
Once Tom Marshall got involved, I left happy, and with hope the issue I brought my car in for will be fixed to my satisfaction.The first service rep, I believe his name was Jason, was curt and ready to simply brush me off. Ive never come across a service rep as rude as he was.

I took my truck there for a recall service, lack of customer service in the service area, everyone in the phone, ( maybe is the marketing area ) nobody asked me how can I help you ?, after a while waiting I had to approach to a guy to let him know that I had an appointment while he was still talking in the phone.... they supposed to call me after lunch to give me an update of the service and let me know what time will be my truck ready, NEVER happen, perhaps they didn’t take lunch, I had to call them at 2 pm to find out what’s was going on... I couldn’t get whole of them until 4 pm, after calling 20 times.. I think meat department at the supermarket are more organized then them because at least they give out number, you guys really need a management.

Truck was stolen and then recovered. What a mess....but they were able to repair, replace and fix it so it would start and run again... 1,000. Later.

Wanted to trade my car in for a new one and because I owe they didn’t even want to help me.They never once contacted the bank,they never once told me what my interest would, be they never once gave me the cost of the car, They gave me some spill that banks don’t like rebates they just want cold hard cash. Bought many cars before traded in cars before they’re full of BS.

Want to my 7am appointment and the person behind me was attended before me when I should of been next. So I had to leave my Yukon the Whole day just to get the front windshield tint off. Very slow before they get to you.
