Worst experience ever. My husband and I bought a white Mercedes 2 seater car for our daughter in September 2018. My daughter was not able to enjoy her birthday present because the car was defective, shutting off on its own, and making weird Transformer noises. We had to break it down and take it back in to be fixed by the store’s manufacturer. When we got the car back like a week later, it worked for like a day or so and started acting funny again. So the manager tried to make it seem like it was something we did. Long story short, we went on with no car and constant problems for months. My daughter’s birthday was in September so by the time we got a somewhat decent car for her to drive like months later, it got too cold for her to drive it outside. Smh!!! Also, the car is still defective. One of her tail lights weren’t in the back of the car so when she presses on her brakes, it only flashes one brake light. Please DO NOT buy any electronics from this store. There is a No REFUND policy no matter how many times the merchandise may have been returned to the customer defective.

The chubby guy working 2/23/19 around 1PM was being Incredibly rude to us. We were going to purchase a couple of things for our daughter but decided to go somewhere else due to the poor customer service. Management should really hire people with better customer service skills and fire the idiot working there.

Dont buy anything from this store unless you want to wait so long for a repair. I bought the car for my 1 year old and returned it the following day becuase it was malfunctioning. Its been two weeks and have no posession of the vehicle. Bad customer service. And no refunds whatsoever! Even if you return it the following day!

The store is honest about what its selling. Expect delays or excuses as to why your layaway items sre not ready for pick up. Watch out for extra fees they wont explain to you until after youre ready to pay, they will try to squish as much out of you as possible. Workers are nice but they may be poorly trained. Prices are way too high, just go to the toy store in the food court.

This store is the worst i got the package deal and almost everything was wrong at the momment to recieve my stuff && the guy named jesus and the girl named sammy are soo rude and disrespectful they talk behind customers backs and make fun of them and laugh at them while theyre not looking, dont ever think about buying your babys things there . And if you do make sure you talk to jana shes the only nice one in the store

They sell faulty cars and tell u that u have warrenty .. and before u buy he tells u to walk around and he will get it ready so he can mess with the car so u can than bring it back . Shady person DONT EVER BUY FEOM HERE!!! Cheap QUALITY!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! SHADY PERSON !!!!

Got my sons stuff at Tyler mall and was very happy so I came back for my son the manager helped us out and resolved all my concerns
