Really hit or miss with the customer service in this store. Some days everyone is nice, helpful and seems to know what theyre doing. And many days are like today, all the shopping carts are sticky and nasty from being touched by the same dirty rag theyve been using for a week. I didnt ask for a brand new cart, I asked for a sanitizing wipe... They were unable to provide any.the kid at the grocery side entrance did provide a good dose of sarcasm and attitude with “all my carts are clean bro“ clearly his standards of clean are different than my own

Target is one of my favorite stores because of the good value and good design - and this is the largest Target Store I have seen - it is a SUPER Target. There is more variety and larger displays.During Pride Months, Target puts out fashion choices with rainbow colors and I really appreciate this. I makes me smile - good on ya Target.

Love this target it’s so close to home and they always have what i need. the selection of things is great and all their target brand items are great ! sometimes better than name brand items. self check out lines are quick as so is the registers. it’s huge as well!! which is a plus because it has a variety of things

I drove past this one day and was drawn in by the allure of a Super Target.Sadly, I left disappointed. It was clean, well staffed, and BIG (as promised,) but it seemed like a normal Target with more space... and a small fresh grocery store.If I was local, Id totally buy groceries here.I feel like I built it up too much in my imagination, but it still made for a nice drive and afternoon wander.

They probably try and everyones nice but man getting through on the phone is impossible :/ probably due to staff shortages but I was calling to see any progress on my order since it was supposed to be ready already I thought but after 30 minutes, I still couldnt get in contact with drive up staff. I transferred to HR to explain the issue and they were really really nice and offered to transfer me over to the drive-up department but it dropped. Just like how everytime I go to that extension directly it hangs up after 5 minutes with nobody answering still. Recurring issue. Maybe a third party service might be able to help you with call volume and help manage but rn its impossible. Weve also gotten rotten produce and were told wed have to go in to replace it. Clearly Im ordering drive-up because we cant go in so we just throw our money away time after time. Please spend more time training on food inspection and answering or hire third party if youre understaffed to help fill gaps.

My visit here wasnt perfect and being that Im out of town visiting Any trips to the store you wanna find what you need then be back to visiting with family.. well that didnt happen the gentleman that helped me showed me where the items but the whole shelf said Zero on hands.. like how do you sell anything if you dont re- order it.. So yep had to go to the next best Walmart to find it.Oh well maybe next time the visit will be better.

I called MULTIPLE times, got hung up on every time. Finally, I pressed the right option that got a person! I spoke with Juan, and he was beyond willing to help me find what I was looking for, even outside of his department! The only reason this store is getting 4 stars is because of Juan! I work in customer service, and appreciate his willingness to do everything in his power to help!

Easy pickup and convenient. They had exactly what I needed at the Target by my house, at a great price. Plus, Target is just a great store.

If you ever go here during busy hours, youll be in line for quite a while. Not enough self check-out stations and far too many registers with no cashiers.

I love target. And even more I love their employee Pearl. She is the best employee you guys have. Never had someone be so helpful. She helped me from beginning to end. Will definitely be coming back to see pearl.

I have been coming to this location for years. It is my go-to spot for groceries. But I have never had such helpful customer service as I did today. I left my backpack at the Starbucks a few days back and received a phone call from my health insurance company this afternoon. (My card was in my wallet) They told me that Target reached out to them to let me know I left it behind. The girl who reached out was named Karli and I am grateful she went out of her way to find a way to get in contact with me. Thank you so much!

Store hours updated 4 days ago? I think not. Sitting at n the parking lot at 7:53 am. Store is closed. Sign on door indicates store hours have changed. Doesnt open until 8:00 am. R gn must have been posted after the website update. Go shopping elsewhere.

The ease in which I found what I came into the store for and the friendly service.

This target is my ‘Go-To’, I love that it’s bigger and the staff are always friendly and helpful. However, the rating is due to their lack of answering phones. The formula I had bought for my baby wasn’t sitting well and I had the simple question of wether or not I’d be able to exchange it called 4x and every time they’d hang up, upon my arrival the guest service desk wasn’t busy!

Very clean shopping experience and nice employees! Caroline helped us out a lot at checkout by scanning our heavier items for us and making us laugh as we were checking out. She really made my day and provided great customer service above and beyond what she needed to do!

I can always find what I need because the store is so clean. And the workers are so helpful and friendly.

Fast, friendly, attention to detail. target pick up was fast and they got to me in less than five minutes and were super polite and kind.

I love Target and the products you offer, however, there are always items I must then go to the grocery store for (grocery related), mostly odds and ends. It would also help if you had enough people stantioned at check out so lines to not accumulate into the walkway. Its bothersome and creates traffice jams in the walkway.

Friendly employees, clean store, customer friendly lay-out, and wide aisles.

No need to go anywhere else, I practically live at this place. Pretty clean and always well-stocked.

Visiting target is sometimes the highlight of my day. This store is always clean, the employees are nice and helpful and they normally have everything I need and usually stuff I dont need at all but just want lol. Definitely a large selection of products and clothes and food. I also love there seasonal selections. They always have really cute stuff.

The store has a wide variety of items needed for most households and businesses. We are always running in for last minute items for daily operations and events! Prices are comparable and brands are always reputable!

It is so easy to shop online and just drive up and pick up your stuff when your short on time

One night I was alone and no one talked to me or helped me at all. This rep Allen was super cool and I appreciate that and havent forgotten him.

The CVS at this Target denied my son a walk-in vaccination covid 19 shot. They should really get in trouble with the CDC. Why would any place deny someone a vaccination.

On my recent trip I found some great deals, especially the kiddos grab some great toys and they were on sale! So overall my trip was a good one.. employees were courteous and professional.

I love the hard working employees. Theyre awesome but the reason this is given one star is because of George. That manager is rude to his employees and he expects the new employees to know the entire store within a day or two.

Drive up order forgot an item took me 20 mins to get through to someone and when I called to ask for a refund for the item they forgot to give me the lady gave me so much attitude and was rude. Teach these little teenagers to have better customer service or hire mature adults willing to be nice to customers. I get it customer service sucks been there done that but that’s your job don’t take your sh*tty day out on me.

Great service from all the team members. Although there is little selection and sometimes it is not stocked. The david guy in starbucks is so nice, go check him out!

Drive up service is terrible! 4/5 times the orders are incomplete due to out. of stock items, even though Target phone app tells me it is in stock. This horrible service has forced me to stop going to target and start using Amazon. So sad.

This is a generally well stocked and well maintained store, but it is often hard to find any associate to help you. Perhaps that is a symptom of sites turning to more self check out lanes and such. But the Halloween tchotchkes are amazing

Its not how it used to be. The selection seems to be cut in half. Target used to be my go-to for everything, but its extremely lacking and just not the same.

I enjoy this location. Ive been using the app alot and using the drive up option to get my groceries. Its very convenient. I usually make an order overnight and they contact me in the morning when its ready. Normally it will be ready around 10am. You tap the option on the app when youre on the way... pull up to the designated parking spots and let them know youre there. They come out pretty fast. They scan your bar code and put the items in your trunk if you would like. No need to get out of the car. Its a great option especially with whats going in right now. Not all items are on the drive up list. Stuff like milk and some of the cold grocery items you have to walk in and buy. All and all its a great location.

The service was very convenient and easy to use. I pulled up in the marked parking spot & waited less than a minute for the employee to bring out my order. And finally, the employee was so friendly which made it so much better!

Worst store to dial by phone. Called 7 times today to ask about inventory and would either let it ring or the call would be rejected outright and Id be disconnected. Dialed toys and guest service this way. When dialed electronics, the guy said he transfer me to someone who was by the product that could help me, the call ended after 5 min waiting for someone to pickup the transfer. If I could give zero stars I would. Such a disaster, now I have to find this through other websites for x4 the price costing me a few hundred dollars.

I like target drive up orders. I just don’t like how they charge you for bags. They never refund the charges. How many more people are they doing this to? I’m sure they owe a lot of people refunds for bag charges.

The buffalo chicken wraps are amazing in the deli. But Whoever their lead cashier is need to be fired. Three normal registers and only one of the 2 self checkouts open all with massive lines. Open the other self checkout and close a normal register would make logical sense. But asking someone to think logically is apparently too much for target.

Target Drive Up has been sent from heaven! I have two kids and with this pandemic I feel great that I can still shop without putting my kids in harms way. I always recommend family and friends to try the Target Drive Up

I had the worst Drive-thru pick up experience this Morning. I bought two items and I was waiting and the girl came out and said I canceled your order because what you bought the price doesn’t seem right. Without me even replying she said you could call corporate I don’t care.

Target is a great place to shop because of its product availability. My local Target had the item I was looking for compared to other similar stores that were sold out. Items seemed to limited and online places raise the prices thanks to scalpers, but Target came through. It also helps that store looks clean, organized and easy to find what youre looking for. Definitely like shopping here.

This target is amazing Joseph was helping me and I was telling him how on Saturday I came and there wasn’t any popcorn or I’m guessing they closed early bc nobody was working there and gave me a discount. Not only friendly but very sweet. I already love target and now I’ll probably be here much more often.!!! Thank you again!!!

I have raided this Target in the past so Im not sure why Im being prompted again. I always enjoy my visits to Target the employees are always friendly I know the prices in advance by using the Target app and check-out is usually smooth however sometime when using the self checkout with coupons or promotions it can be difficult. But I will always shop Target and I would recommend it to anyone.

I choose to shop at Target on any given day over anywhere else, but this time was exceptionally great service on a day that was the most stressful on the community and staff. The staff even as we were the last customers in the store asked us how our service was and even had security safely walk us to our car ♡ The managers on staff that night were Brandon & Key... and Kirk was our checker. Major kudos and thanks to all of the staff at my favorite Target store ♡

I was on the phone to ask a question and once I got to where I needed to for the call I was immediately hung up on and that kind of upset me,, because I had a simple question about a micro needle roller. So when I called back a woman name Juliana helped me and I will say, I appreciate her customer service and thanked her for all her help...if it wasnt for her I would of rated it a two stars for bad service.

I was greeted, the cust serv rep was helpful and knowledgeable. The store was clean sanitized.

While checking out I had a thoroughly enjoyable checkout experience thanks to the sales associate, Gabby. She went above and beyond in delivering exceptional customer service with her friendly personality and overall professionalism. Gabby not only made my checkout experience delightful but when I got home I noticed that my groceries were all bagged with thought and care. I truly appreciate the customer service she provided and hope Target appreciates employees like her.

A young man by the name of Brandon is the most knowledgeable person in the entire store, asked 3 other people, nobody knew, asked this young man and he knew EXACTLY what I was talking about... a yard mister, he said he used those all the time in his hometown of New Orleans for backyard barbecues, and thats EXACTLY what I needed mine for, just in Moreno Valley and not New Orleans. Waited around for someone to help us at the bakery had to go to the deli to get hope they said that they couldnt make the cake we wanted by Friday today is Monday previously they said they can make a cake for us within 24 hours and now that we decided we want just a plain frosted cake with nothing on it they cant make it for us by Friday

Bought these organic bananas at this location. Mikela-customer service and Nick-manager, refused to refund, because I didnt have my receipt. I could have exchange them, but they were out, and for this reason I couldnt return them either.I contacted Target Corporate, and escalated the situation. After, making me wait for 30min., I decided not to purchase the items that were in my cart. Before walking out of the store, I handed Nick the bananas so Target can keep them, and the money as well. I told him that I shop here 2-3 times a week, and there service was pathetic.I continue my shopping at Wal-Mart, which is around the corner from Target, and Wal-Mart has never given me a hassle about returns.

Staff is awesome and helpful.

They have a great makeup department with a knowledgeable staff. In recent years they have added a lot of high end brands like La Roche. I pretty much all of their products for all of my skin care needs. It is nice that Target has expanded and you dont have to go to the mall to get quality cosmetics. My only complaint is that they are frequently out of some of the most popular foundation shades, but overall I really like purchasing makeup at Target.

This specific store is awesome, its a super target and theres anything and everything I can possibly need at my reach. Everything from groceries, to toiletries, clothes and even Starbucks is handy. This is why I LOVE this store and rated the way I did, plus its very close to my home. Do expect a bit of wait on the cashiers section - I did note that because this would be an area of improvement.

8/10 times, you will have a positive experience here. Everything looks clean and organized! The best part is theres a Starbucks inside as well so you dont have to go two different locations and get it all done in one. Randomly, you may encounter one sour employee here, but its okay. Everyone else is kind and helpful.

Wow! Our cashier Lizbeth took time to explain drinks and different flavors she also helped me and my sister creat our own custom drink. We will be back here because of her kindness and patience that we don’t get at regular locations! Thanks you Lizbeth! 😃

Horrible service here. I literally called every department to try and get cusomter service and all it did was ring and ring. I will never shop here again.

They wont let you in the store without wearing your mask but yet they let so many people in the store there there definitely not 6 feet away the aisle are full of people and they had no shopping carts. Doesnt make sense to enforce 1 rule and not the others but I guess getting peoples stimulus check money is more important than rules and safety
