Love love love this place they always have little surprises and I can always find whatever I need there that is not as expensive as a Walgreens or a CVS or rite aid and on top of all of that the people there are so kind love it.

So packed with items cant even go up or down the isles.

Proces are good especially when were able to use coupons. Although its a pain to clip coupons one at a time. And you have to make sure you know how to apply them to your purchase. Or you dont get any of the sale items. Which sux bcuz yhats why I like going there to watch the clerk ring up a large total then the register will minus all the coupons. And your total will drop quite drastically. But yeah they have so much stuff. Almost Everything we may possibly need. Im really grateful to have a Family Dollar🙏🏼🤑

Ronnie was so nice when he was doing the returns. He greeted everyone that walked in and left. He has great customer service. His supervisor not so much. I took my 7 years old to family Dollar to spend his tooth fairy money. He bought a 3D punch bag . But when he put air in it, it had a hole right out of the bag. So I returned it to get my son another toy. The lady supervisor didnt say anything, she had an attitude . She did my return, but had a mad face. I wouldnt have returned it if it wasnt damaged right out of the bag. When I was done Ronnie was still pleasant and told me to have a great night and apologized for the delay. For the most part most of the employees have always been nice to me. The supervisor could take a customer service lesson from her employee Ronnie.

I love this darn store!!! The prices are very affordable esp on thier home decor!!! They have really nice pictures and bathroom stuff and other things to help decorate your home for cheap prices! I get tissue and laundry soap here as well. This is one of those stores where you end buying more than you planned!!!

Can someone please tell me whats wrong with giving good customer service? Why is it when you walk in and they see you need assistance they continue to have a conversation about what they had for dinner last night? Where is management or ownership? Its sad you dont care enough about your own business to ensure the quality Care is provided to your clients and customers. Merchandise was good quality it was just bad service. Sometimes bad service alone gives you a to 2-star. Case in point.

Its location sucks...but once u get in the store u forget what ghettofied area its located near due to the excellent customer service and gorgeous smile from its current assistant manager RONNIE R. Without him the store would be as ghetto as its surrounding crummy neighborhood. Thank the Lord for Ronnie....I love you Ron!!! LEGOS....

SUPER RUDE, THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT EMPLOYEES TARDINESS SO OPENLY FOR EVERYONE TO HEAR.BASICALLY TRYING TO EMBARRASS THE GIRL WHO HAS BEEN LATE FOR SOME TIME. MANAGER AND ASSOCIATE RUDE. WHEN I GOT TO REGISTER THEY WERE STILL TALKING ABOUT WHO ELSE HAD ISSUES. NO ONE TOLD ME HELLO HOW ARE YOU AT ALL. AS I CUT THE GIRL OFF SHE SAID RUDELY CAN YOU WAIT IM DOING COUNT OR WHAT NOT. SHE COULD HAVE SAID JUST A MOMENT I WILL BE WITH YOU IN JUST A SEC. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE HERE. I HOPE THAT GIRL FINDS A BETTER JOB WHO THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT. THIS PLACE HAS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Stop by Family Dollar to pick up some dog food and a few essentials for the house its always quicker than going to the market

I feel bad for the employees at this store. They get harrassed on a day to day basis by these customers and thiefs. They get called out their name and lies made on them so that the customet gets their way. Every single person at the store always provides with exceptional customer service But maybe people should understand its the costumers who are rude and those are the ones who get the rude reactions! Customers arent always right like they thinkAnd honestly 80% of the customers that shop there are RUDE AF... some people can only handle so much! Idc if its customer service are not. I believe you get treated how you treat people!

Worst customer service ever. I went there to return Tylenol that I had brought 2 hours prior for my infant. Once I was draw it I notice a different color I checked the expiration date and it was Sept 2015. I call the store and told me theyll exchange it once I got there. They didnt have any left and ask it I could get a different brand . The so called store supervisor Darlene refused it and gave me a refund instead. I cant believe it. Im amazed on how uneducated people are. My child could of had major heath problems because of their neglection. Corporate will be hearing from me.
