Dumb cashiers, gave me the wrong tickets for lotto and now they wont own up to their mistake and try to blame it on me. No wonder this place is always getting robbed, dont know how to treat their cutomers right.

I love fastrip the gas prices r so good and especially the staff always so attentive. I will go nowhere else but here thnk u to all the staff

The middle eastern (I assume) woman is probably the rudest human being on the planet. Wearing her gloves and talking to customers like we are trash. I would let 10 people go ahead of me in line to avoid going to her register. But I have a better solution to avoid her. Fasttrip will never get another penny of my hard earned money. I shop there for gas and beverages almost daily on my way home from work but never again.

WARNING! THIS GAS IS BAD AND WILL CAUSE YOUR CAR TO STALL!!!The gas smelled like acetone and caused my car to stall. I topped off my tank here, about 2/3 with this gas. When I was down to the last few gallons my car suddenly could not keep the rpm on an idle and would stall unless I held down the gas. I could also smell that same acetone smell that I encountered at the gas station.I then filled up with half a tank of premium at a better station and used octane booster. I had to drive over 15 miles to flush through over a gallon of the garbage gasoline from fastrip while holding down the gas at a red light to keep the idle up. This worked and now my car is back to normal.

Lottery Scratch Off Ticket Holders be careful when cashing in your tickets at Fast Strip on Sunnymead in Heacock. I am not a patron of this store but after accumulating 16 winning tickets I thought I should cash them in on my way to the gym this morning. Well, first let me tell you that I knew exactly how much my total winnings were. When the lady behind the counter scanned each ticket separate and not running the tickets together as done at most places, she tells me what I won based on her handheld calculation of the each ticket $36 less than what I knew my tickets were worth. I told her she was wrong. She took her little handheld calculator and began to add up the tickets again; this time she was $10 short. So the little manager passes by the counter and she asked him to add up the tickets on the little handheld calculator, he adds the tickets twice and both times gives me two different results. Thank goodness, for the younger clerk working at the store because she took over, ran the tickets under the scanner, and noticed that one of the tickets wasn’t even scanned and she came up with the correct amount of what the tickets were worth. PLEASE NEVER CASH IN MORE THAN ONE SCRATCH OFF TICKET AT THIS PLACE.

Health inspector needs to open all ice cream they sell because everytime I buy icecream from this store its soooooo horrible. Too many homeless beggars. I dont feel safe at this store

After 18 years of patronage, my family and friends will never return here and caution others not to give them business. I recently was cursed at and threatened by Betty, the alleged manager after having the audacity to not allow another customer to cut in front of me. After complaining to the owner, who profusely apologized, I had a repeat performance by this ill tempered, unprofessional clerk. Ive seen first-hand her outrageous behavior with other customers, via racial slurs and loud rage filled personal phone calls while on break in front of the store, all without apparent consequences. Tried to go back to conplain to the owner again only to be told IM not welcomed. Its sad, because there are some hard working wonderful employees there. Karma as they say.

Cheapest gas in the area but place is ghetto and horrible customer service. Gone there three times in the past couple of weeks and the rest rooms were closed. Im not one of the crackhead standing outside, Im a paying customer. Well, Im not going to be a customer anymore. Taking my business elsewhere

The people are semi nice . parking is smAll, gas station is small . But the prices are great and really low .

Hate that no one can drive or park in that small gas station. I hate that I was waiting for days for one pump and its not like you can go around since its so small

Hard to get in and out of
