Ive been here on multiple occasions for different services. Most recently I came in for new tires. Apparently the tires I needed for my new car are a specialty size and no one had it in stock. The few places that could order it wouldnt have it for about a week or so (possibly due to the memorial holiday). Once again Discount Tire to the rescue! They were able to get my tires in the following morning and I was in and out in less than an hour. Staff was polite and professional. Ill certainly be returning.

Made an appointment to get tires here, the guy I spoke with offered an oil change, free rotation, and fluid top off. I came in for my appointment and there was no record of the services he said would be included. I sat in the waiting room talking to customer service for about a half hour because the employee there didnt want to call for me. In the end, I didnt get tires. Or anything I was offered. And customer service was absolutely useless. I was told Id be contacted within 24 hours and have heard nothing in 3 days. Do not waste your time shopping here.

I bought a full set of tires last fall and last week i went in to rotate and fix a nail in one of my tires.It was a busy Saturday afternoon but they were friendly and did the service as quick as possible and at no charge since I purchased the set a few months ago.I will alway but my tires here. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The guy MARIO, doesnt care at all if they make a mistake or not! Took my car for an oil change (Simple) Had them check for any maintenance options needed, and they kept my car overnight, didnt finish the oil change until 2PM the next day!!!! More than 10HRS!!! For an oil change! They didnt even care to apologize!!! This is the reason why I DO NOT recommend! This place.

They will take your money & find any excuse to not warranty their service. I Have a lifetime warranty on alignments. But my front tires still wear out every 3 months. Multiple times i have tooken the car back for alignments & it still will pull to the right or left as it pleases. They said they fixed the issue but clearly must not have took it for a test drive. Over 3k$ has been spent with them on tires & alignments.... problem has yet to be fixed.Customer service is terrible as well.STAY AWAY @ ALL COST !!!

Took a bit to find the specific tire I needed but they got it in and it was less than the other tire stores in the area. The guys here took good care of us and made it quick and easy.

Ive been here twice for new tires on 2 of my vehicles and theyve been very helpful. The staff is friendly, courteous and informative. I bought for my truck a few months ago and had to come back to get a flat patched up and they did it for free. Ill definitely keep coming back.

This place caters to those with $, overcharges and will skip o er you if someone comes in that pays more. Never again! I bought 4 tires here in July. The guy and I agreed on a tire and a price. When I got my car, he had installed completely different tires that we didnt even discuss! That was a whole other jssue. Then, under the waissue. I ame back today bcz the tire light is on and bcz its warranty, they are little people that came after me go before me. I have been waiting 2 hours just to get a tire check. Never again. I should have known from the first experience.

100% would NEVER go again. They broke my hub caps while working on tires. After i called to complain it was like pulling teeth to get them to fix their mess up. THEN while on vacation and working (i travel for a living so i am out of service frequently) they blew me up saying there was a clerical error and my payment for the botched tire job didnt go through and they needed me to come back to pay now. I said as soon as i got back in town i would, they proceeded to call me almost 10 times to follow up. Talk about a joke.***jesse is the only competent and kind worker there he was apologetic and responsive abojt all situations. Besides him i would never bring my car back.

I went in for a Brake estimate, waited 30 mins, then I was told that I needed to change my rotors as well and get a tune-up. I declined the tuneup and inquired about the brakes and rotors price and felt very taken advantage of. They wanted 480.00 for brakes and rotors. I declined because something just didn’t feel right. So I picked up my car and brought it to Discount auto and Tires. I was quoted almost 150$ cheaper for the same services. Long story short Go to Discount Auto & Tires for better prices 👍🏼

My vehicle was in worse condition leaving there shop then when I brought it into Discount tire. They claimed the car needed a repair that I had already taken care of. The worst part is that they allowed me to drive off with no breaks. I dont recommend this shop

The tech stripped the thread on my lug nuts on my tire said nothing and let me drive off. I had to turn around to have them repair it.

I came for an oil change. Service clerk very rude and trying to teach me how to maintain the service of my vehicle. I came in the past even twice last year with the pandemic. This time they choice to close the area for customers waiting. I asked the clerk and he said go out side and stay there. I dont understand why after now if one year. I was not giving any information that their waiting area was closed until I arrived here.

Front Desk: very professional and helpful.Appt. Time: too about 30 min after appointment tume time to begin work.Time to Complete Work: it was fine in a timely manner once they began work.I had a question about my alignment, the mechanic came to answer the question. However, the professionalism of the mechanic was very rude and seemed extremely bothered to answer a question, why my rear camber was not aligned within the parameters on the alignment sheet. The after alignment results showed my rear camber was still out of parameters, so I naturally had a question since my vehicle was taken in to correct the alignment.

This place had me waiting for hours to replace my tires, afterwards I also got my tires balanced and alignment. My car steering wheel would not stop shaking so I took back the next day got new tires and had them balance the tires again. The shaking got even worse. After going to a different shop they told my tires where way out of balance and the alignment was off its safe to say I will not be going back to this place.

Went in to by a tire, get the tires rotated and an alignment. They were very helpful and timely was out of there in less than 2 hours. Friendly and no surprises.

The service I received was timely and the price was the best in town. My only issue is that one of my tires air was off from the rest. The should be certain that all tire pressure is at the same measurement.

I made an appointment for last Monday a week in advance to change my tires and when I came in for that appointment, I was told that somebody forgot to order my tires for that appointment and that I needed to make a new one. I work at Amazon and I couldnt make during business hours until the week after. So, the manager told me that he would help me after hours the next day instead but when I came in, they told me they didnt have the tools to change my tires and to come back Thursday. I just left their shop because they yet again told me they didnt have tool, and they couldnt help me. I cannot believe this is the way the store is being run with little regard about their customers safety and now Im stuck on tires with exposed lining. I am a single dad to a FOUR YEAR OLD and this is is my only car. I needed them to change the tires the first time, but they couldnt because of whatever excuse they can come up with. If you care about your safety, do NOT come here. They couldnt care less.

This place is a trip it took me 3 flats same tire 3 different days and loss well over 400 dollars from missing work they told me 3 different times they couldnt find a hole or why my tire was loosing air then on the 3rd day I speak up n now they find hole n offer to change my tire thats covered under warranty but give me discount on labor and insurance crazy place all about their money.

We went to Discount Tire Centers on Saturday 9/5/20 because my breaks were grinding. Other stores were closed or about to close and said we would have to come back. Not Discount Tire Centers at 4pm they took care of my brakes and got me safely back on the road. Every employee was professional and worked efficiently.Other customers came in after me and nobody was turned away. Very happy with the service we received.😉

Mario and company are able to turn around a pair new tires in a short period of time.

I got a really good deal on tires and an alignment. I also qualified for credit to work with my situation. I just wish the communication was better between the employees. I was supposed to get a discount and the one guy didn’t give it to me. I called the next day and told Steve what happened and he was very helpful with that part.

I had an emergency with a popped tire and came right before closing and experienced some of the best service ever. One of the workers, Patricia went above and beyond. She was amazing. Not only did she replace my tires and such. She even looked at my engine with me just to outline anything that could cause me a problem. I am so impressed by the amazing service and the amazing people there.

The tire price was good. They told me it would be about 40 minutes.. took 2 hours.

It took over an hour to get four new tires mounted on my Ranger, but the price was cheaper than everyone else in the area (I did my research) and their customer service was really friendly. Ill definitely keep taking my cars there in the future. Id recommend it to everyone in Moreno Valley. Dont waste your money any where else.

I decided to give them a second chance, and things went more smoothly this time. We got the car back by the end of the day. They didnt try and tack on extra repairs to the bill this time.

Needed 4 new tires immediately. Pep Boys wanted $150 a tire. Decided to check this place first and got 4 brand new tires for $200 out the door. Very helpful and courteous.

Best local shop around been going here for 2 years now and love customer service always takes care of you like family they and always quality work. Anthony runs one friendly and efficient shop. Plus cant beat the location near to best food in town. More power to the crew there.

Tires were priced wayyyyy to much. Seriously, almost $700. for a hatchback car is ridiculous. But Marco gave A plus service.

My car is currently getting worked on so I may update my review at a later time, but for now my experience with Discount Tire Centers in Moreno Valley has been good. They had my size tire in stock on a Sunday when no one else did, and I felt as though the price was competitive among other shops. So far, so good.

First time here. Came on a Sunday. All 3 employees were working very effectively. Gabriel was extremely helpful and very polite with me and everyone else who came in. He handled tough customer issues and a rush of customers very professionally. I was very impressed with the speed of my service along with Gabriels ability to handle the flow of the store.

They sold me great 20 inch tires at a great price, very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable sraff.

It was okay but an expensive turnout

They wouldnt do labor on a leveling kit because they are not making there mark up from the part. Just needed labor and now Im taking my buisness somewhere else because I need tires, alignment, and a new set of wheels. The person on the phone said you will have to go to a mom &pop shop.
