Place is always clean. I wish they would pay more attention to disinfectant wipes and replace when empty. Been more than once Ive shopped there and no wipes.On a good note, Bakery items are always fresh, Menudo is good and fresh salsa & tortillas.

Have had multiple times of going into this location, not bad, cleanliness is up to par. But the issue is when it comes to paying, they overcharge you for items, scan items twice, mix and match prices to pay a higher wage when its not the meat you paid for. And you cant go through the Receipt right then & there with the lines being excessive. Really got to fix this issue.

I have nothing but good things to say about Cardenas! I love the atmosphere when I first walk into blasting cold air-conditioning and happy Mexican music playing loud! Good authentic Mexican food being cooked ... The fresh tortillaria OMG it smells so good in that store. Always the best cilantro and best produce prices. I feel like Im at a party 🎉🥳 they are very clean people ... Never a dirty restroom. The kids love going to Cardenas. The best part is that its like this in every Cardenas! Way to go! I think they set a great example of good quality Mexican heritage🤗

It was great. I went there on Tuesday for taco Tuesday. I got 5 tacos for $5 so $1 each. I got 2 al pastor, 1 carne asada, 1 chicken (pollo), and 1 carnitas. They also have a special on gift cards. For everyone $100 gift card you buy it only cost $89.99. So you automatically save $10.01. Im buying my family a gift card this year...

Wait times are less than 10 mins (& thats when theyre busy), Customer Service is exceptional the employees are always sweet, polite and very helpful. The food is AMAZING always made to order and Fresh! One of my FAVORITE Cardenas to shop and Eat at, hands down.

The help at th he restaurant are is disrespectful and rude, she wanted me to buy some thing O fudnt want, clearly th hid person is manipulative, disrespectful and should not work there. I asked for no ice and she wanted to force it on me, told her to drink it. Please people wake up to this high price store and began to boycott the disrespect by Hispanic market.

I will change to 5 stars when that jewelry is gone .The market is great .. however please dont ever go to the jewelry store in there they tried to steal my watch claiming it wasnt mine when I showed my receipt. She also offered a watch that was not mine no where near the price of mine. There was a little girl there as well maybe 6yeare old listening to her mom arguing with me. After I raised my voice and demanded my watches and said that I would call police the lady said go ahead they wont do anything. Then people started to stop to see jewelry and I would tell them not to shop there because they did bad business and keep your things people walked away so they finally decided to give me my watches after an hour of arguing and scaring clients away .. bad business with them ..no stars for the jewelry place ... But cardenas is ok.

Cardenas is a Mexican supermarket and by saying a Mexican supermarket I mean they have a lot of products that cater to Mexican Americans having done said that theyre hot food is very good, I went to a place off of Perris Boulevard and I was definitely not happy with what I got it was a recent review and thats the reason I mention it because not even a restaurant that I paid $10 for a burrito was not as good as a Cardenas $7 burrito!🙊 Plus they have Tripas and Buche which a lot of places dont have plus some Mariscos!👌 Overall i give Moreno Valley Cardenas a 5 Star rating.

Only one Star for cardenas market, I cant believe how expense is it to shop in there, in this time I was looking to get some pears, some yams, milk and lemons, I checked the price first and with that in mind I also went to food for less with the surprise that pears was fifty cents less, yams eighty cents less, milk two dollar less I promise my self never go to cardenas market anymore.

I always go here for fresh veggies, breads and a few other items. Selection is pretty good most of the time.

Ive been going for years now and seems customer service seems to stay horrible. I just enjoy the burritos, tacos. However; Ive seen it all from the hot food deli employees being rude to customers, and long waits for food. Maybe they need some customer service training.

Nice place to do some grocery shopping. They have a food court where you can order food. They also have a bakery if your having a sweet tooth. The workers are nice and polite. Great place, would definitely recommend to anyone.

My husband ordered the 20 dollar family meal at 7:30 p.m. they were preparing his meal he already paid for the meal and he walked to get a soda the woman behind him order the same meal. Once he got to the counter to pick up his meal the male associate informed him that they no longer had his order because they gave it to the woman who order behind him and the only option was for him to pay additional for the whole chicken that they had left. He refused to pay additional and asks the associate why he gave his order to the wrong customer and he said because he didnt want the woman to pay additional for her meal. The woman was Hispanic and my husband is a very tall African American. That was completely out of line of this clerk to make a choice for someone else. We are frequent shoppers at Cardenas and we are normally treated with respect. Today I can say I am disappointed in the services clerk at this particular Cardenas. Making a choice based on race and gender is bias period. Everyone no matter what store they go into if they are paying customers should be given an option not forced into a choice.

Stood in line to order food and got ignored by the worker Alma she started to help others behind us .I said what about me I need help she finally came took my order and then continued to help others instead of finishing my food she finally made what I ordered I asked to speak to a Manager and she only Called Sara a customer service representative which was as bad as Alma a waste of time The food wasnt good the food in the food case looked Old and Dried out not Appling . I would think the would hold a higher standard to Thier customer before someone gets sick off the food . I Wont ne shopping there any longer they have lost my Business . I work for Staters and we always have to put out Fresh food and great customer service .
