Hours state they open at 4:30 am. Showed up around 5:10am before my shift and the doors were locked. Drive-Thru only. Kind of hard to do when on a motorcycle. Employees didnt even bother to assist.

Good location, drinks are usually good but when I went today, the dude running the window today is kinda rude. Bad service. Handing me my order and he can’t even look over at me :/ I’m trying to tell him something important and he has no idea.

I love me some starbucks. But give yourself an extra 20 minutes at this location. Once you get your drink you remember it was worth the wait. :) workers are very very nice.

This is absolutely THE worst Starbucks I have ever visited! First off the guy at the window acted like I was inconveniencing him when I asked for siracha for my spinach feta wrap. Which after 4-5 minutes he tells me no they don’t have any. Second, the tall medicine ball that I ordered I didn’t even get a sip of. After I Drive off and as I turn the corner the entire cup and lid that was not placed securely on the cup slides out of the first cup that it was placed in. So they gave me two cups for the drink. Needless to say my right leg was burned! One cup still in the cup holder, the other cup on the floor with the lid and tea bags. I called the store, no answer. I have been trying to call for over 45 minutes no answer. In fact, as I’m writing this review, still no answer...

Ordered 3 drinks. One drink made completely wrong, 2nd drink spilled in bag. Starbucks says I have to physically come into store to replace drink that was made wrong and they are not responsible for drink that spilled. I disagree because the drinks were in a flimsy paper bag. If they had been in cup holders, perhaps Id agree. I explained that I am disabled and do not drive, so I cannot get to the store...hence my delivery order. Starbucks would not credit my card or allow me a credit for future order. I am VERY disappointed in this particular location and their customer service.

Ive been meeting my husband at this place 2-3 × a week, every week for over a year. We always get large drinks and tip these kids. Sometimes we get snacks. It is a convenient spot halfway between my husbands work and our home and we ride home together. But lately it has gone really downhill. They frequently are out of inventory on ingredients for various drinks & the manager (blonde girl with excessive tattoos and giant gaged ears) has become increasingly more and more hostile. After the rudeness today, we decided we will begin meeting at the Starbucks a little further down the road by Home Depot. They made it very clear today that our business isnt appreciated or wanted. No problem guys well take our money elsewhere.

Every time I come here it takes forever I’m in line at least 20 minutes and only 5 cars in front 🤦🏽‍♀️ I get y’all could get busy at times but it’s every single time I come not cool. I live in Compton and they have like 15 - 20 cars and max we do 25-30 minutes. Please hire more employees.

Ordered a venti vanilla latte through the drive through and got home to discover there was no vanilla in it. Drove all the way back with the full drink to have it remade correctly and the staff treated me like I was trying to scam them out of a cup of coffee. I’m black. 🤔

I was jus in the drive thru 15 min ago, n specifically asked for my iced drink to carry light ice, it even says so on the drink ticket, I’ve worked at Starbucks before and I understand the stress of working in a fast paced environment in customer service, but I asked as nicely as I humanely could and still had to pay 5 bucks just to finish my drink in 4 sips because most of the volume was taken up by ice, it’s almost like the excessive ice was spiteful, Jesus, if I could add a picture I would, iT would be comical if I didn’t jus waste my money

Has both walkin and drive thru but the place was busy. Service was fast enough for the amount of people but still. Would have been faster to go inside.

I went today at around 2:30-3:30 and the girl at the window had very nasty fingernails, it made me really uncomfortable especially because she kept touching my hand. If you guys could please have her wear gloves or use the cups like you guys have before I would really appreciate it because her fingernails really grossed me out and that’s not what I want to see when I’m getting my order handed to me. I have gone plenty of times before and the customer service and drinks are always really great and I’m sorry for being a Karen, but it had to be said because I’m sure I’m not the only who noticed. Not a long line. I liked my drink. It was Peach green tea lemonade. It was delicious. 4 star because I had to ask for my receipt.

This Starbucks facility is one of the new cafe restructured stores. It has limited seating inside and purposeful line dedication. The outdoor seat has also been changed

Scam alert was at the Starbucks on Moreno Beach the cashier charged me twice 13.55 an 17.60, showed on my phone and she claim she did not, spoke to manager with the blue and green hair and said she could not do anything, it says it was done there. Called corporate and the woman said yes it was her and yes she did charge me twice, will never go there again. Corporate refunded my money. Sad how people don’t own up to there mistakes nowadays

I just had the most pleasant experience at this Starbucks. I didnt realize I had driven up to place an order 5 minutes before the scheduled modified hours closure and they treated me extremely nice. They took my order and made it with no complaint and then after I left I realized that they were closing. Thanks for your kindness and courtesy despite everything that is going on. We all need it. Zero, negative star..My own personal experience is,I would rather drive the extra miles to go to another Starbucks. Ordered a mobile pickup. Arrived at the store and was told to go through the drive thru. If theyre not accepting mobile orders it should have been disabled on the app like the other stores do. Cold coffee and a 25 minute wait? No thanks. Coffee is already paid for, but Im just leaving without it.

This is a pretty typical Starbuck, the drive thru is great, only problem can be finding seating. There are usually a few seats outside, but inside can be packed. Plenty of students, and other people using the place.

Drive thru service during these times is how one would expect it to be; long line, long wait and annoying customers in front of you. The people at the window are really nice which makes the long wait bearable

The baristas do their best to keep up with the busy line in the drive thru and lobby traffic. Cut them some slack with your entitlement! Dont be a Karen! or a Kevin! They were clearly short staffed on this particular day and that is to no fault of their own. I witnessed a couple of rude customers taking out their frustration on them which was totally uncalled for. Be patient or make your own coffee at home.

Ordered a white chocolate mocha through drive through and it just taste like milk. Had them remake it and it taste like pure sugar. Not the best service either, perhaps it was the people working at the time.

Great service, food was warmed perfectly, coffee was nice and hot. Daughters love their caramel frapes, said it was perfect with just the right about of caramel. Delicious.

Has to be one if the slowest Starbucks ever. It never fails that the drive thru takes 10-15 min. I did a mobile order 7 min ahead of my arrival and still had to wait 10 min after I got there. Whats the point?! If you need to be somewhere DO NOT go here or if you do give yourself a 20 min window.

I have never been to a better Starbucks, this one tops it! I went in to order my regular drink but the girl in the drive thru suggested something similar and I said what the heck why not. She got so excited that I said yes! Which made me excited! She ordered everything for me and asked if everything she was adding was okay. After she handed the drink to me she made me try it and OMG it was amazing!! It was the Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold brew. I wish I would have grabbed her name because she made my experience 100 with her!! I will definitely be coming back hoping I get her again.

This store in particular is right around the corner from my house. But in the tradition of places (the home, the office, the third place), these folks are kind, accommodating, great about getting the food and drink out expediently and correctly. I expect nothing less, and they have not disappointed. Thank you kindly !

Always the best friendly atmosphere from staff to patrons. My daughter and I go every Sunday morning, alternating who pays. Its a bonding experience. I get a cold white chocolate mocha and I think she gets the same. Ill also have a blue berry muffin and she has a breakfast sandwich.. We love it!! KJM

My Starbucks on La Sierra and Indianna is the best. Cristal is an outstanding employee, she always has a smile, and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. I usually order tea(hot or cold) according to the weather, and my snack is always their lemon cake, it is so good! Be sure to ask for Cristal.

I probably would have given this a five but it always has a line for drinks always. And the parking in that parking lot is not that great so if you want to get out to have to park a little ways and walk and then the place is really small so its not cozy if you wanted to stay and enjoy drink you definitely will have to go on off times

This was 5 stars until this morning. Usually this place knows me by my drink and my loud truck... theyve never failed me until early this morning. I live this place. The workers are very nice and friendly. Its something about a place where the workers remember your name and what you like to order that makes you just wanna keep returning week after week. Albeit SOME items are a bit oricey, the quality is always good.

I wish I could give a 5 everyone is nice. But the bathrooms are always very dirty and smell bad.Dirty bathrooms and food do not set up a comfortable feeling.

Worst Starbucks in the area! Not sure why its called a shaken iced tea if all the employees are too lazy to shake them and they hand you your tea still warm at the bottom. It literally takes 2 extra seconds to shake. On top of that the employees are rude and not happy to be there!

Prices go up with no notice and the service is only ok. The store in Target takes more time and makes a much better cup of coffee. This place has some great employees its just a few that are slow.

First I will tell you that I rarely write reviews and I have never written a bad review, but, this is twice now. Last week I came here and ordered an iced Carmel Macchiato. I understand the drink has alot of milk but this drink tasted like pure milk. No espresso flavor at all. Then today my friend goes to pick me up a drink and not knowing what a Pink Drink was they did not question it. The drink has ZERO strawberries in it and 4 ice cubes! It is 85 degrees outside! 4 ice cubes and not one strawberry really!? These employees are not trained at all. For what they get paid they should know how to make a proper drink. Its really not that hard. All they do behind the counter is talk about there lives amongst themselves and give little service. Starbucks is expensive. There is no excuse for the level of service.

I hate that I love their peppermint mocha frappacino. And those egg bite vides. Or whatever theyre called. The places is, and I say this begrudgingly, amazing. The staff is always perky and smiley and friendly. I kinda hate myself for this. But I love that place .

We usually come here late to enjoy a cup of coffee. Tonight we came late, ordered and went outside. Enjoying the cool summer night. As the night grew later the music changed. The music went from your typical relaxing Starbucks music to a loud, rude, vulgar, sexual, private parts talking, Im gonna do this and that to you, degrading, demeaning rap. What kind of manager would allow this to go on? Whos running the place? When I went to tell the employee to change it she said oh you dont like this, you want me to change it? Really?! No good Starbucks.

This has got to be the worst Starbucks I’ve been too. I tried their iced latte macchiato and it was 1/8 espresso and the rest milk. Same thing with cold brews and regular lattes. They taste like chocolate milk. It’s super inconvenient since I live next door. I think the baristas might need more training in making the drinks. Every other location makes consistent drinks which is what a franchise experience is supposed to be like. Not sure if this is franchised but the drinks are awful.
