Amanda (the GM) and her staff do an amazing job each time! Yes sometimes the wait is a bit long but I always try to remember that they probably have a lot of mobile orders too. Waited 40 minutes for an iced coffee with only 4 cars in line. Once I was at the window it took 4 minutes just to get a hello. Short staffed maybe, but not the best customer experience and not worth the wait. Go to arcade coffee in riverside d you want good coffee and good service

Love this place. The main drink I get here is a Large Cookies N Cream Ice blended drink. One thing that annoys me is, this is the third time they switched their schedule. I got work at 6am and I normally leave at 5am to be at Coffee bean at 5:07am to start my day off with my favorite drink. Now they open at 6 am🙃 Just 2 weeks ago I came at 9 pm, because their schedule said they closed at 10pm. And when I got there at 9 they were closed. Now the schedule says 6am to 2pm.😭

The employees are all very nice; One gentlemaneven offered my dog q pup cup put of nowhere which I thought was super sweet. I LOVE there Vietnamese coffee; so strong and sweet.

I just ordered for 2nd time at Coffee Bean and they offer a 32 oz iced latte with whole milk, absolutely delicious! Use to be a true SB customer, unfortunately Had a terrible experience at Starbucks on Frederick with their employees Emiliano and Tina. The Coffee Bean is excellent, expedient and love my drink, thank you coffee bean on Day St., Moreno Valley!

I became a coffee bean fan in such short time and now I find myself disappointed. It takes me 30 minutes all together to drive there and drive back to go back and ask for a refund let alone to have them fix my order. The young lady that took my ordered clearly, had a hard time paying attention. Not only did I order two white mocha ice blended while asking for oat milk on one of those. What I ended up getting was two mocha ice blended with no indication as to which beverage had the oat milk. At this point, I feel like I paid an extra dollar for maybe getting oat milk or not getting oat milk. I guess it’s the guess game, or stealing my money. In addition, while I order a double chocolate mocha latte and repeated to her how I wanted no whip, turns I got whip (after letting her know twice I wanted no whip). I have never had any issues here before with my drinks. Truthfully, it seems like the young lady was in a rush to taking orders. All the other young ladies have done a better job. Such a shame, I thought this place would have done better than Starbucks. I get it, there is always time in getting orders down and ready but it’s always about quality for quantity.

I used to love this place. I keep giving them a chance cause I like their drinks better than Starbucks, but the last few times Ive gone theyve messed up my drink order and werent really apologetic about it. I know this is a stressful time in the world so I understand mistakes happen. Im hoping this place gets better in the new year.UPDATE: they have definitely improved their service

Great pumpkin chai latte!!

Came today to get my usual order but the lady was extremely rude to start off. She tried to harshly explain that my same coffee drink that I’ve always ordered for 2 years, was and has been a seasonal drink. I get annoyed and order something different and as I begin driving away to pay, she adds the snarky remark to “put my mask on before you come up here to me.” I believe that we SHOULD wear a mask out in public, especially when we are ordering in drive-thrus to keep ourselves safe and others. That comment settled that I will no longer grab any coffee from there again. Oh, and yes I put my mask on before getting to her like I always do because I’m not some Donkey.

They always have great attitudes and their service is good. You gotta come here their coffee is so good and roasty....

Longest wait times Ive seen at a coffee bean & tea leaf. The food is not worth the time spent waiting. Manager if you read this you need to really evaluate the way this business is being ran.

The worst drive thru experience ever!!! WHY does it take 30 minutes to just get through to order???! We were at a dead stop for 5 minutes straight each time! It does NOT take that long to make drinks and warm up food. Drove all the way here just to support other businesses besides Starbucks but this is ridiculous. Never again!

This coffee bean location is incredibly slow & moves inefficiently. They often get orders wrong or give orders to the wrong people. I don’t know if it’s because they are always understaffed & have to compensate, or if the employees haven’t been trained to work at an urgent pace, but this location needs improvement. While the staff are nice people, it’s up to the management to either get their employees to work at a more rapid yet efficient pace, or have more crew on deck during shifts. Waiting in a non-packed drive thru for 25 minutes is not the steez.

I am going to regret this but this place is great! Its not so stinking crowded all the time. So many wonderful teas. A huge amount of foods to choose from. Everything so delicious. The coffee is so smooth. The staff is absolutely the best, friendly and extremely pleasant. They treat everyone so respectfully it a great place! Super clean, and so relaxing if you just want to enjoy a cup and take a moment!

Absolutely love this place! Extremely clean, with room to sit and work on your laptop. The prices are lower than in Starbucks! Military discounts on your coffee order. Also, there are options of decaf green teas! The atmosphere is just great, calm, but also helps concentrate on work. The music is not too loud. Just prepare for a strong AC if you want to spend here a few hours.

Delicious coffee. Ive abandoned Starbucks for Coffee Bean. Their coffee always seems fresh and not bitter at all. Ive visited this location a few times, there seems to be a little bit of a wait for them to make coffee. On my last visit, the barista taking my order in the drive thru wasnt too helpful while trying to decide what to order my kiddos. But overall a great place for coffee!

The service was amazing!!! And the people who work here are all types of sweet. The environment in the cafe is perfect for studying. Plus i highly suggest the cherry blossom latte iced with a chocolate swirl:).

This location recently opened up and you can tell, everything is brand new and fancy looking but its also cozy enough that it feels like a natural place to hang out and study or whatever.As for the quality, Ill always be of the belief that they make Starbucks look bad, and Ill choose them 10/10 times

Well staff was nice but drinks werent made right:/ I dont have a coffee bean near my area so I happen to be a little close to this location while visiting family and decided to stop by and get my favorite drink ever(winter dream tea)!!! My son, the chai tea latte and my daughter tried a new item that was recommended by the staff managing drive thru and kindly offered to make the item with coffee which was nice:) now the issue was that mine and my sons drink didnt taste good at all!! Taste like water, nothing else! I was so bummed but I immediately told the young lady and she apologized, smiled and offered to remake our drinks. I give her 100% positive feedback on this because so many places make you feel absolutely terrible, she made me feel nothing at all like that! Second time around drinks were made much better! Gentleman making drinks needs more expertise but definitely satisfied this customer with their professionalism and politeness! He even offered to make it a 3rd time:) great job guys!

This was my first time at Coffee Bean, and ordered the maple latte it was really good I would order it again, the only bad thing was the barista forgot one of my drinks but they were professional about it and upgraded my drink to a large. My Overall first time experience I enjoyed it.
