Not sure what all the hate is about this place but its fine. Im assuming that they assumed it would be a catering service of glasses but its not. Realize that theyre only there to basically give out glasses if you have your perception. No reason to hate for the fact that you think you deserve special service. Its the same service as everyone else gets. Hell I dont even write reviews but all these miserable liars are just being hateful for no reason.Place is fine in my book and Ill continue to support the business.

They do not know what they are doing. Heavier set caucasian older woman working today (05/29/2017) has no idea what she is doing. Completely rude, and made me feel uncomfortable. She has no idea what customer service is. Tied to make me sign a form without providing proper disclosures. Seriously? Who do you think you are fooling here? I work in a field where that type of move will get you fired and cost your company a lawsuit.She refused to give me a copy of my prescription, claiming I could only get it Where you got your prescription. Strike number 2: I was in here last month where a pretty girl with glasses helped me out and provided a copy of my prescription within 2 minutes!Please note this lady today took 15 minutes to find my prescription: Wow. I will neve return to this place!P.S.I will be reporting this failure to disclose the HIPPA Act forms and trying to force a consumer to sign without providing them!!!

Poor recording keeping, even if you have been with them for several years.Makes it difficult to change contact lenses brands, if the vendor cant confirm with the doctor that she approved the change. Cant say the exam was all that great either. Thought I was being too picky at first, so I tried to stick it out a few years. Not worth it!
