No service waiting in line forever, three employees in the back and only one of them checking people out, i walked out and may not come back . Sucks to cause i love that ice cream

Friendly and very accommodating since everyone greet and welcome you when you walk in at the store . Staff are always helpful when you have questions and need help. Great in customer service.

No ICE cream bummer

My doctor sent my kids meds off two days ago I went there waited for the meds the pharmacist said oh give us 30 mins I said cool I’ll be back 30 mins before closing that was around 4 pm so 9:30 come I go check if it ready it was not so I waited to the next day at 11:20 am to be exact they open at 8am so at 11:20 am ask if it’s ready they talking about they still working on it I’m like what the freak! Are you kidding me? like what are you guys doing yet people are getting there meds within 30 mins so why aren’t my kids stuff ready then they wonder why people resort to getting angry or even violence. This is not cool they need to Get it together real quick

Staff was very nice and they have THRIFTY ICE CREAM! the best comfort food and the world.

Helpful would have been a 5 star but i noticed a lil burp in there teamwork. ..

Ice cream bar is always closed. Employees always give some lame excuse as to why.

It seems like you wait in line, and as only one customer at a time approaches the cashier, the one cashier changes registers; then when the next customer is called (by the same ONE cashier) they change registers AGAIN. Very, very slow process.

Corporate has forgotten about this store. Customer service sucks. Store doesnt look that great either.
