On hold for 20 min plus. The staff picked up 4 times didnt listen just said Walgreen please hold. The 5th time someone picked up took the phone off the hook. I heard noise in the back and put me back on hold. I just wanted the pharmacy. Smh

We switched my sisters medication to this location yesterday (6/4) and were told it would be in the next day. I called around 11am and was told itd be in after 5pm, was told of no issues with her insurance. I call after 5pm and now its a completely different story and suddenly theres no information regarding her medicine changing there. When I question how I was given a different story earlier in the day, the woman hangs up on me. This is how you want to treat people???

One of the few places right now during the pandemic where you can get passport photos in the area. Super quick and efficient!

Went to pickup a money transfer from Western Union. Be advised their pickup is only limited to $300. Both their Kiosks were experiencing technical issues and werent able to complete the transaction. I requested assistance from an associate and received an eye roll. To think Ive literally spent over $500 at this store this year alone. Never going back.

Walgreens manager makes up her own rules regarding sale items once they are no longer in stock.

This locations allows you to buy an alternate gift card (for another store) by using a Walgreens gift card. Some allow it, some dont, ALL of them should. The supervisor I spoke with was friendly and helpful.

Mostly helpful staff. The wait can be long at the drive through pharmacy, but at least they have a drive through.

This is THE WORST Walgreens ever!!!! I honestly don’t even know how they are still in business! I’ve only ever gone in there maybe a couple of times, and every time it gets worse! The employees have NO customer service what so ever. And don’t get me started on the pharmacy department. WHAT.... A.... JOKE!

Walgreens always has the nicest employees that are alwsys willing to help. The isles are wide so no worries about crashing into another persons cart while shopping

DONT USE THIS PHARMACY!!! There is only one lady there that actually tries to help you with your questions. Im not sure of her name but shes an older lady and has longgggg dirty blonde hair i believe and wears glasses. Other than that, the rest of them are IDIOTS! Every time i go their to pick up a prescription, i end up being there for 30 minutes because there is always a problem. I go there all the time and they always try to tell me Im not covered and then i have to fight them and tell them i am and once they finally get off there a** and take time to look up my info. they realize i am covered. I am so fed up with them and Im switching to Rite-Aid. They always try to charge me and make it hard for my doctors to send them orders for my medication. This is the WORST pharmacy Ive used and I will never use them again!!! I recommend Rite-Aid.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy our dental office has had to deal with. So...... incompetent, just pathetic! The government needs to shut them down.

Terrible service. I went to pick up a FedEx order and they wouldnt hand me my package because the manager didnt want to give up the scanner.
