I am not understanding where these positive reviews come from. I ordered a shirt online from this local company relying on the delivery date because I needed it on a certain date. Except for endless excuses nothing was delivered.I understand COVID and personal issues may come up. However, business is business and when I order an item I expect it to be delivered in a timely fashion. If the item is not in stock or you cant make it reach out to your client asap and be honest and upfront and let them know. No harm done, this way I can make other arrangements, but dont string me along with endless excuses and say you will have it delivered this day or or that day or some time before midnight (???).When I finally asked for a refund I am told the order is suddenly being processed. Next I get an email saying its been cancelled.I understand small business challenges but commitments got to be taken seriously and there should be a back up person to fulfill orders OR communicate clearly that you will not be able to meet the delivery date or dont have items in stock and give your customers the option to cancel and make other arrangements.Also, the voicemail does not make it clear that this is a business. I should have called to see if this is a legit company.BUYER BEWARE!!!!This is my first negative review and I didnt want to go this route.Recap: I got my refund but to be honest, I went ahead and did a chargeback because I didnt trust them at all.

Never received my correct order. They sent me the wrong color hoodie and was told my hoodie was mistakenly sent wrong. They told me I would receive my correct order. Week later still no response. Customer service horrible. Never got my hoodie and they will not send my hoodie. Don’t trust this company. Never received even after messages

Express Printing is awesome! Had a last minute gift for my niece that I needed to get printed. Every other place I called was either too expensive and gave every excuse not be able to get the job done. I called this place and spoke to Nicole. She gave me instructions on how to expedite my order. This is two days before Christmas. Not only did they complete the order which looked amazing, they delivered it, Christmas eve, late at night! Who does that??? My niece had been going through a lot lately and if I could pull this off, it would make Christmas that much special! Well, Nicole and her crew came through with flying colors and pulled it off. My niece absolutely loved the shirt and could not stop smiling. If I could give 10 stars for this company, I would. Thank you again Nicole and Express. My sister and I will be doing more business with you in the near future!

Be prepared to lose your money. Be careful of this store. Most of the store pictures are from other sources except for the obvious real ones. It is ran out of a residential house and you will not be able to speak in person with them. I ordered from this place beginning of September and got my shirts back close to the end of the month right before I left college. The shirts came out good but certain logos were supposed to be on different shirts but the designs seemed to have been misplaced on different shirts that they were not supposed to. They should have double checked with me before putting the vinyl and screen-printing material on the shirts that I had bought and gave them. I talked to them and they said they would fix it so they took my shirts back. I spent 3 months in college without getting my shirts back at all until I came back home for winter break. They said that their team got stomach flu and then their printer stopped working at the end of the month in November but does not explain why I couldnt receive them in October or early November. Communication was bad. The company would do things without asking the customer first. Once I got my shirts back, they came like how the pictures below are. Some of the white material came off during a cold wash. The vinyls on the sleeves looked as if they were barely adhered to the shirt. If I washed these shirts anymore, they logos would most likely fall off. I asked if we can find a solution to the problem whether it was fixing the whole batch of shirts or a refund. They, again, were not clear with what they were doing or did not listen to me and delivered a shirt to my house and said $42. I have no idea what that means but they already took my money and will not address my question which is to get a refund or a solution to the problem. Communication is very bad and I could not got to the business location/office because the business was ran at a residential area and wanted to be safe myself. Im sorry that it had to get to this point but I will not be shopping or ordering from this place again. This place is unprofessional, non-communicative, and untrustworthy. All pictures used was an actual representation of the kind of quality I received and none of the shirts were not tampered with.

Im new to Moreno Valley search around silk screening and Tshirt printing and Express had accommodating hours that I was looking for So this past Saturday I called and left a Message on their voicemail. Alan, return my call my 1st question was do you do silk screening he answered yes. Then briefly I went into the reason for my call and what I needed. Which was 3 sample Tshirts for a osscasion and probably a total of 10 or more after the Ladies choose their colors. Alan asked me to forward my Logo to him and he will forward to a young lady at the shop Alan, stated he was handling Family business and wasnt there but will get back to me on Saturday after the young lady receives the Logo. This was around 11:30 am so I decided to contact him back by leaving a text message and voice mail in regards to a time line. No response Saturday but Sunday afternoon Alan text me back with a Quote of 25.oo for each sample. So on today Monday I had to text him a few times and left him another voicemail of what I needed but was a little hesitant because of his slow responses. So finally around 4:00pm or so today Alan responded on how may he help me I had to go through the entire scenario again of what I needed and was requesting. Alan texf out a quote which was totally different from what he quoted me in his text Sunday. So he and I sort of texted back in forth until we came up with an agreement. Alan than told me to bring the Tshirts now that I had already purchased for samples and I could pick up by Tomorrow Tuesday👌🏾. I texted him back to advise that I couldnt be there right at that moment but could be there by 730 due to me being at work. Alan didnt send me a invoice after my last text to him but a Apple App to pay by phone which I couldnt get to work. Paying is not a issue but couldnt get the app to work But as a Woman of my word I went to Alans work address which is also listed on the web by 727pm I texted him once outside his unit rang door bell a few times and just stood there waiting for someone to answer. No one showed up at the door. So I went back to my car called left voicemail that I was out front in my car waiting I also lefted another text. I waited from 7:27 until 8:00pm I left because it was late and Alan never responded. 😡 I am total shock by his non caring Professionalism and poor Customer Service. Plus I rushed there after work because Alan said to come now I made adjustments to get there just to waste my time and gas. Alan was a No Call No Show. And Im not Pleased nor am I Happy with the Customer Service he gave me. I cant say anything about the print job because we never got that far. UPDATE :No Allen, I dont know you but you have a website with a number to reach out to you. You had the nerves to text me on Saturday August the 3rd while on my vacation in regards to this review. As I indicated in my review the Truth and nothing but the Truth why wouldnt I give you a top score if you provided me with top Service thats not in me to be vengeful or hateful I understand the concept of payment like I said it wouldnt down Load no issues with paying you but you also knew that I was working and I gave you a time that I could be there I was also bringing my own shirts. Should I screen shot our every Conversation including the text from Saturday. You sent me a photo of a Tshirt of a transfer which you said thats what you did for 25.oo I was totally done with you and this until you Unprofessionally text my phone on Saturday weeks after, but you couldnt respond to me the day of while waiting for you 30 minutes at your location the day you asked me to come to your shop.
