Very disappointed. I had to cancel going to an important event because of this place, I should actually be suing. It was agreed that I could pick up my order the following week. After sending the artwork (within less than 24hrs of my visit) I received no response. After many follow ups, I still got no response to my calls or emails. All I got was my deposit refunded without any notification or apology. I would not recommend, find somewhere better!

Ok - Unresponsive - I was given a number to call and text in regards to getting a few items custom stitched needing only 6 numbers. I took the time to write out everything in a text to leave little to no detail missed on exactly how I would like it and requesting a quote. Text response was Ok. I wait 3 days to give them time to get back to me. No response, so I call and he asks me to send the pictures and details again. I do so immediately once again requesting a quote, he responds Ok. I waited 3 aditional days, before calling (no answer) then texting (no answer). Completely wasted my time. Still no response weeks later.
