Warehouse not as crowed as Corona but it has the worse gas station setup that Ive seen! Had to exit the parking lot, do a u-turn out on the street and come back in to get in line.

Its amazing the line are fast and theres a million things you can buy but sadly there is no table to eat on. They are ordering one but really good and cheap.

Love costco. Will always shop at Costco, but you guys really need to figure out how we can use our membership through the app to get gas. Its an extreme nuisance, especially since I personally have everything linked to my phone. I dont even carry a wallet anymore. I always have to wave down an attendant and miss out on earning my points. Im just surprised this hasnt been fixed or implemented.

Been a member since they took over Price Club way back in the 1980s. And theyre still great. Only complaint: if you find something you really like, better stock up on it because theyre liable to not have it on your next visit! Yeah, they change stuff a lot. BUT! The good far outweighs the teeny complaint!

Love going to Costco, and would love to see a more choice in the store.

I loved their French fries but not the hot dogs sadly. The restaurant was very clean and the employees were very friendly.

My first time going ever, everyone was friendly and helpful. They even helped us checkout at self checkout. I think I bought enough lysol to last for the next ten years.

Gas prices are the lowest in the area, line moves quickly. The store is lated out a bit differently than other Costcos, but still easy to manage.

Always have handicap carts available. This keeps me coming back. Customer service is great.

Love Costco, I was an employee for a little Over 15 years and this Costco doesn’t honor what Costco was founded by. When I started working for Costco, I loved what the company and its owner, Jim Senegal stood for. It was a great place to work for. It valued and treated its employees and members well. I have had so many bad shopping experiences at this warehouse that sometimes I want I too cancel my membership. The only time I have a nice experience is when I go in and get out without needed assistance. Don’t ask for this because you may get attitude instead. Other cashiers are so busy talking to their assistants that don’t pay attention to the members. They don’t greet you nor thank you at the end. If you need to pick up an item, you wait for ever because there’s never someone there to get your items. I have more to say but it would make this review pages long. Costco you need to focus a little more on providing better customer service. Remember memberships are revenue. Without members you would not be as successful as you are.

As a property manager, I am often near other Costco Warehouses during the day. One example of a well-run warehouse, head, and shoulders over the Costco at McKinley, which is terrible, is the warehouse in Moreno Valley. This warehouse has excellent customer service and is well stocked. Better yet is the Costco on Hospitality Lane in Redlands. It’s superb. But the best in the area is the Costco on on Fourth Street in Rancho Cucamonga. That one is outstanding!

I call Costco the 3 hundred dollar store. Because thats how much you spend if your not careful. Its a great shopping place if youre having a party or you have many family members living in one home. Happy Shopping!

I had experienced an injury at this Costco on Friday and I feel compelled to share my experience with the supervisors and managers there. It was close to closing and another Costco member turned a corner without looking and ran over my right toe. When I asked him and his wife for their information, they ran (you can literally see the man running thru the isles). What made matters worse, is I pleaded with the managers on duty to assist with the matter and file an incident report, however, they had a very nonchalant attitude about the matter. If corporate investigates the matter, you can see me at around 7:20pm on the cameras, limping around Costco trying to get help. One manager, a lady in a blue shirt, walked the opposite way of me pretending to be too busy when I asked if I could share with her what happened and show her the man that ran over my foot. I tried to show another manager the customer that ran over my foot running out the front door and she said, “Okay, okay ma’am, I see them” without even turning around. When we proceed to walk she pointed at a completely different person saying, “that’s who you were talking about right?”. I was so upset because all they had to do was listen to my concerns and help me but instead they disregarded my situation, we’re very disrespectful, and treated me as if it were my own fault my toe was ran over. Such a disappointment because I always come here. I won’t be back to this Costco and I’m considering eliminating my membership all together and sticking with Sam’s Club.

No more Senior hours, I could go early and get home before to hot outside. Can usually get what I came for but some things are not always available or not carried any longer. Helpful staff.

I purchased my mothers birthday cake here. it was a beautiful cake! the ONLY thing I do not like about Costco is the fact that they do not have Scan & Go like Sams club.

I love to shop at Costco. Its price makes me not have to keep on buying every two to three weeks toilet paper and other necessities. Even with some clothes for my kids. Customer service has been great just some cashiers need to be more friendly. I love the quality and price of pumping gas. Dont mind the wait if theres many cars on the line. A great location for this store. Costco maintains a great standard from store to store. They have put the seating back at the food area.

Had an optometrist appt and struggled to hear anything due to the tv volumes. They had multiple tv’s blasting music and when I asked an employee if they could turn it down they ignored me. So I handled it myself and unplugged 1 of the tv’s. After my appt I went to buy my glasses and again I couldnt hear the girl behind the counter. So again I unplugged another tv so I could make my purchase. Why do the damn tv’s have to be so loud?

This location has great electronics and a wide variety of products, but the warehouse and food service staff are definitely not as friendly or helpful as the other locations Ive frequented.

Costco is my jam. Love my food court. Hotdog special. And pizza I can not pass without wanting a slice.! Dont get me started on the chicken. Inside hot and ready.

Its probably the pandemic but they seem to have really short supplies almost no variety, really didnt enjoy it the way I usually do. Hope this goes back up after covid-19.

Love Costco, this review is for their pizza line. There is one person attending the kiosk section and 1 person attending the cash only line. The cash only is attending 1 person while the kiosk line has about 13 people waiting in a growing line. You would think the cash only would take some customers over but they dont. I think we can do better Costco. Everything else at this place is smooth what happened here?

The produce alone makes a membership worth it! I realized in line I forgot one item, and the helpful front end staff ran and grabbed it for me. Service like that is top notch! I believe her name was Bianca.

I learned today at Costco that you can only make two transactions on the same day or time. I made for two different transaction and they didnt let me make the third one and I was very surprised that they did not allow a third transaction. Due to that rule they missed out on about 50 dollars on the third transaction. 🤔🤭

Love shopping at Costco. But today an employee lady questioned me at the door and she wanted to see my membership card and I showed her. Then she didnt even look at it. She was very rude to me.She didnt even ask other people for there membership.

They have so much, I like to get those awesome deals on mattresses, large dog beds. Even patio sets to top of the line face creams in 4pks that save you 40-60% when you buy them in quantity. Its membership only but I think its a great deal. You will save enough on your first purchase to pay the cost easily..

Enjoyed my experience. Even though it was busy I got in & out quickly.

Was a very good experience because I was able to find my tables and chairs that I was looking for and their personal helped me out to locate my items on the spot. Went in in 5 minutes and came out in 10 a total of 15 minutes. Precisely and Excellent.

I just went and purchased a Cisco membership I like the bulk priced items that are fair to the consumer!! And whenever I go I always purchase one of their delicious rotisserie chickens they are one of a kind greatness!! They have exceptional guest service as well, very friendly and helpful!! Like other Costco, this place is gets pretty busy. I usually find the things that I need in stock here. Friendly staff and the store is not a mess. Parking near the entrance is usually packed. I find it easier to park by the gas station.

Love it everytime. I have to focus on what I went there for. Lots of eye candy which makes it a unique experience everytime. Theres truly always a deal prices are competitive to beat out other retailers.

I just recently became a Costco member and let me tell you its what everyone says. Its horrible. Everytime you go in you come out with a FULL basket I cant take it. Associates are great and customer service is amazing. Thank you all for everything you do and keep it up.

Great low prices on gas...this store is awesome. I just wished the parking lot was a little bit bigger but thank goodness they have early shopping for seniors.

Its Costco, its great. Checkout is pretty fast at this location. But its PACKED so I dont go as often now because of the pandemic, I wish the clothing and snack sections in the middle were more spread out and had wider aisles. Theres fewer people closer to closing time so if you know what you want and are a speedy shopper Id go within an hour of closing on weekdays.

Pulled in at about 8:05 after getting gas[pulled straight in to a pump, was righteous!]. I felt very lucky to find a parking spot closer to the entrance, used the restroom, which was in good standing. Which is also impressive considering it was 12/23. The store wasnt crazy packed, grabbed my couple of items, and was able to walk straight up to a self-checkout stand. Is this not a 5-star experience?

Trash, this month, they stopped selling food to non members. I only eat the pizza here. I am very frugal. Cosco is whats wrong with this nation. No body ever needs that much of anything. If people would stop wasting resources on insecurities that are fed by places like this that make you feel peace in consuming things or deals you really do not need.

I found it not necessary for door employee to say anything to me but to fix the issue with the barriers if she did not want customers entering in the store that way. It was no line by the way! If she is doing her job and her job is to correct customers as they enter the store then she needs to pay attention at all times to the plastic barriers and make sure they are lined up! Her small talk was not necessary. Sometimes its better to bite your lip then to start up trouble that is about nothing!

No matter how packed it is we always get great service. Lines move fast and prices are great. I love the photo center. They make it quick and easy to develop photos from anything. I love that I can return anything that’s less than perfect. I wish all retailers did this.

It’s Costco so it’s busy! This store is always well stocked and even tho it’s busy it’s pretty straightforward to get in and out. No real issues, return line is slow but they are very helpful. Awesome food and killer prices on a quick lunch.

Got gas. Like other Costco gas stations it needs 3 pumps per island. This is a very busy station and I had to wait 20 minutes to get to a pump.

No ands, ifs or butts... Get a Costco card! We do only shop here for select items, but goodness every time we do we save and find great items that no surrounding stores offer. Me and my wife juice every week so buying in bulk is important - they always have there fresh produce on display and there staff is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. Theres three people that general stand out. I wish I could remember there names, but an older Hispanic gentleman in produce area is always helpful and patient with our lengthy questions. Regardless, we I highly recommend getting a membership, buying there gas and give there pizza a try :)

Not to satisfied on this visit it seems they raised prices on everything. I was doubled charged for a couple of items which caused me additional delays to go back into customer service line to get refunded. Not satisfied at all since I am paying a membership to get a better price on the daily necessities prices are starting to be just as much as any regular store.

They were very helpful in finding a product while I was in the checkout line. Not too crazy busy, but I still prefer to park next door and skip all the cars and shoppers pushing their baskets.

Its costco, you know what your in for. Its reliable, clean, and you will walk out with a cart full of stuff. Try to go at odd hours or prepare for the lines.
