This review is a little late due to my purchase being made in May 2020. However, I would absolutely recommend Fashion Island Jewelers to anyone.John was the one who helped me with my ring purchase. With the pandemic going on and everything still closed during the time, I made a purchase to have it shipped out to me. I receive a call from John on the day of the shipment asking if I want to pick it up instead and that he is open for pickup. I agreed to the pickup and stopped by his store.John was so great in showing how the ring is in person and asked if it looks great in person as pictures makes it look different than in real life. He also told me about the warranty with no pressure. The whole process was so smooth and John made sure I left his store feeling content. I apologize to John for this late review but overall, Fashion Island Jewelers is a gem in the Moreno Valley Mall. Consider them the next time you are shopping for a ring or any type of jewelries. What can I say? I bought my engagement ring for my wife here and John and his father were nothing but honest and helpful. For a retail jewelry place, this place feels stress free and enjoying .... fast forward to now and I upgrade my wife’s ring and once again John and his store did not disappoint ... straightforward and helpful once again ... I was a bit skeptical to try a new jeweler due to the fact I have a good friend in Orange County that is a jeweler too.. unfortunately my friend was on his vacation with his family a few days before I needed to start on my rings. I spoke Alex Ozasi and his son John Ozasi a family owned business, from the very beginning they were very humble,. respectable and kind people. John is the nicest and most professional jeweler I have ever met. After describing what I wanted for my fiancees wedding band, he suggested making a custom ring because it would be easier to make then to find. John was able to work within my budget and created something that would have more expensive and not as nice if i was buying from a display case. I definitely recommend him for any jewelry need. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

John and his father are not only gentlemen, but also great businessmen. They understand their business and how to help their clients get the most out of their budget. After several weeks of doing my research and going to the obvious common stores and not finding anything to my liking I started thinking I may have to settle. I then happen to walk by Johns store and after a nice conversation with John, I walked out with the perfect ring. It really was everything I was looking for.Being the owners of the business allows John and his father to be more generous on the pricing they set. They are not held to corporate pricing like the mainstream stores. Also, now that most of the mainstream stores are all owned by the same company, they all have the same mass produced items at high prices. Fashion Island carries a lot of unique rings and custom jewelry that would be 5x as expensive at other stores.Another reason why I ended up giving my business to Fashion Island Jewelers, is because I saw Johns commitment and care for his clients and community. While I was there, a previous client came in and mentioned he needed a little more time on his current lay a way item. John asked him approximately how long he needed and after the answer he said OK, thats fine! That showed me that its not only important to carry great quality merchandise, but that the relationship they build with their clients is equally as important to them. I was impressed with the quality of jewelry, the customer service and truly genuine attention to what you are looking for. My fiancee and I were extremely pleased with the ring we bought, and at a great price!!Go and see John and his father next time you are looking for a jewelry piece for any occasion and you will not be disappointed.

Very well dressed, excellent communication during my visit, and once again, he shared his outstanding knowledge on his profession. I will not go anywhere else- this store is amazing, and the customer service is stellar! Thank you for another pleasant visit!!I just came from there to change out a dead battery in my watch. I do not know what the gentlemans name is, but the customer service he provided was absolutely superb!!! I just cannot believe how nice he was, and how informative he was about all of the questions that I had asked. I even asked him about two of my rings, and he resize them for me right on the spot. No charge. Oh my gosh, I am going to search for him every time I have a jewelry related problem or question. Dead serious! I will go nowhere else!!! He was dressed professionally, he explained everything in laymans terms so I could understand, polite, the store was so clean, immaculate, I hope that is the right word, I did not feel rushed, he was very calm-cool and precise, HE KNOWS HIS JEWELRY STUFF!! OMG, I could go on and on and on and on. Above and beyond 100% perfection!

They are very honest, and very easy to work with. When I went in to purchase an engagement ring, I was completely lost and was not sure what I was looking for and what to look for. They explained me all of the differences and what to look for in diamonds. After I did my research/shopping there was no question I was going back. They have had my business for a long time, and will have it for many more to come.
