Today I had to get my ring cleaned and checked out. I called ahead because I misplaced my paperwork and was told that was okay they could look it up on line. But when I got there this older women just said no I had to have my paperwork and wouldnt even let me explain. She was so rude and made me feel so unwelcomed but she did had another young lady clean my ring .and check it out. The young lady that was ordered to help me was very nice and I like to thank her. Her name is Sandra and she said she was sorry for the way I was treated by the other lady.

Came to get my ring cleaned and inspected because maps said it was open till 7 p.m. and i got here at about 230 p.m. and its closed....i wish I woulda known before wasting my gas and time

Sales associate Roman sold me a beautiful 1/2 carrot ring. Very professional & clean store.

Ive had to have my ring sent out 4 times because the sizing was incorrect and my inscription inside was ruined amd scratched up from the process. Each time sending it and receiving it took longer and longer. Dont trust their jewlers. Dont trust the gals at the store. I called on the day they said it would be in and was told the day was updated to another week out. This is the second time its happened that i had to wait even longer. I expressed the frustration that i have been waiting several weeks and the girl on phone looked up the day i dropped it off and told me its only been two weeks. Arguing with your customers whether they are accurate or not is NOT good customer service. Horrible diamond store dont trust your diamonds here. If they have a ring you like find it at any other participating store. This one sucks.

Bad service I called an 1:30 mints ago they said they would call my back take down my name n they never called me back n when I called the store back they dint pick up the calls what kinda of store are u guys will not be going to that store
