Should never have came here knowing the store is a kiosk, and after I called in 3 times to get no response. However, Came in to return a pair of Oakleys that I just bought, but didnt wear. Purchased less than a week ago, the sunglasses were flawless. The sales associate Fatima Diaz, had nails, not classy regular nails, but the long plastic ones, like almost 3 inches. So as she is examining the Oakleys, which I just checked before walking in and they had no Marks on them, she scratched up the lenses, see the pictures, the scratches are shaped exactly like her thumb nail.She tries to tell me that the must have been dropped or something, so I examine them myself and show her that they would have a scuff on the frame of they were dropped and I assure her that they have not been worn since the night I bought them. She starts getting loud to intimidate me with her size or something so I asked her to write down her managers information so I can call them in the morning. I was still trying to return the cleaning kit at least so I didnt waste my time.After giving her the spelling of my name 3 times and she asked me a 4th time I lost my cool for a moment, grabbed my items and walked out.Customer service with this shop is the most difficult and unpleasant experience Ive ever had with sunglasses hut, which has been my spot since My first pair of the original Fives almost 20 years ago. Never have I had any issue with returns or anything, over 40 pairs purchased.Never again will this store get my business.
The lady thatty works here has crazy nails. The long fake plastic crazy ones. She scratched my brothers perfectly good oakleys when he took them to return. He never even wore them. They were never dropped. Now he can not return them and he dont like them. But the lady is lying saying he must have dropped them. She walked to a diffrent side of the kiosk conveniently when she was standing in front of him, so he would not see her handling them badly.
Bought some Oakleys there for 193 plus taxes got them without the box so they were most likely used . They had finger prints on them and I ordered them online and picked them up
My husband loves to get new sun glasses from here, especially since he is blind in one eye, he needs extra UV Protection and other things! We like it and they have good brand names!
So nice! Very good customer service. They really took their time for me and my husband to find some sunglasses that we both love, and anyone who knows me knows that I am beyond picky so it is good that they know their glasses and what looks good on my face. I will definitely be going back for my next pair.
Shout out to Angie & Jasmine at this location. You girls are AWESOME!!I came in with a return and walked out keeping my original purchase (never wanted to return them in the first place) AND ALSO MADE ANOTHER SUNGLASSES PURCHASE!! The best customer service I have had in a whileHow can two girls make this gay boy keep his original purchase and end up dropping a couple more bills on another pair of sunglasses!!!! With zero flirting!I will always go this location for my eyewear needs!
Love coming here for Oakley’s. Kenny was a really helpful guy. He took a lot of time to help me with my warranty and find a replacement pair because my dog just ate my new pair of Oakley’s I bought less than a month ago.
Picked up some raybans from here a couple days ago. First time out at this location and the service couldn’t have been any better. Thanks Emily!! Will definitely be back for my next pair.
DO NOT SHOP THERE..... SAVE YOUR MONEY..... I use to buy all my shades there until one day, I came in after work and the (LADIES) in the hut treated me like a piece of garbage, they wouldn’t even let me try the glasses... Yes I know I looked all bummy but that does not give them the right to treat there loyal customers like that... if the owner doesn’t change this, they will loose the little clientele they have, I really wanted to support them,since I knew they were going through a rough patch, but after this I really hope they close....
Dont know what they carry, avoid my calls had to call back with a different number, lol here are a joke
