Total price scam. they are hiking up the prices just to lower them back to normal for the holiday sales. To give you an example the US general 44x22 double bank roller was $499 a week ago and now it went up to $599. It used to be a place to buy cheap tools and now its place to buy expensive -tools that are cheap. Harbor Freight is going down hill real quick.

Love the store and employees! But everything I came for was out of stock! Might have been because of fathers day but you would think the store would have stocked better. Refused to sell any display item was another soar spot.

Harbor Freight is my go-to place I just started working as a trailer mechanic and they have all the sockets that I need impact sockets are the best they always attend to me great quality service. They carry just about anything youre looking for as far as equipment for construction and auto jack stands. Painting equipment, but is unfortunate you have people out there that are thieves no respect for others property. While a was there I saw 2 Afro American males in an aisle one them took some welding equipment product out the box put it into a bag and walked out of the store without any questions asked. When I checked out I asked cashier if they had security camaras through out the store answer was not really. I made him aware of what I observed he said unfortunately there was not too much that could be done since police base it on the value of the product being taken. Pretty much authorities would not do anything about. Which if you ask me its rediculaous that just mean we the actual customer pays the price when store raise the prices on products due to such events. I would suggest to have a security guard at this location.

Just ok friendly, great customer service but their whole restocking fee for a 5 dollar item if you choose to return it is redicolious (I wasnt planning to or wont be even if I needed to because honestly not worth my time or gas) just the whole concept for charging restocking fees for certain items that dont work out or if you buy wrong item not cool.

When I need some advice on tools are a project, I know exactly where to go and the employees are very helpful.

Service is efficient, staff is courteous. They are very transparent about their return policies and its an excellent place to buy inexpensive tools. Specially, when you need tools that you may only need once or twice. You may not want to go to Home Depot or Lowes and buy expensive tools that you will utilize one time

Honestly cheap tools in every sense of the definition. Coupons obtained online or in the mail, even the app for HFcoupons on Google play, only bring the price of these cheap tools to par. But then thats the beauty of the place. For a guy just starting his collection of tools and just getting into a trade, this business is a must for the days before that first paycheck (that isnt taken up by bills). Not the largest selection but definitely the staple items and must haves on site. Larger items available through order only though.

I went to Harbor Freight Tools today and I had the best customer service by Anthony he was very helpful and even took the item I purchased to my car. Then I decided I did not want that item and I wanted to return it for another item, any other customer service representative would have FLIPPED OUT!! Not Anthony he kept his cool!! I thought this must be the Manager, well if he isnt he should be!!! Or at least get a raise!!!!

Harbor Freight is awesome!!! This store is great, friendly staff and helpful. The store is clean, well lit and organized. I have heard people complain about the quality of tools, parts and supplies. Harbor Freight has a lot of high quality products. They also have a lot of value items. No matter what I go there for, I always leave with more then I intended!

I found everything but I needed to walk around the store a few times before I did. The ladies there dont even look atlyou when asked a question other than that it was cool.

They are always low stick on everything, but the store is always clean and you are always greeted at the entrance.

It was a good experience. Everything that was on sale was clearly marked. the one item I was unable to find was an oversight on my part. when checking out at the register the associate asked me if I found everything I was looking for. I said no. The Associate went found the merchandise and brought it back to the register. I found the staff to be helpful polite and knowledgeable
