Went in to pay bill and purchase new stove. I purchased counter tops, new dish washer and stove top in may of 2021and had problems with a broken window. Home depo never got back to me on that matter so i requested to speak with the manager who was suppose to call to resolve issue. Im still waiting and its almost November

Went to get some Irrigation supplies. Fortunately I ran into two young Assistants that asked if I needed help. They showed me where every item was. Only problem was we had a hard time locating a 90 degree elbow. They were hidden. They found them. I was there on Saturday. Long Check out lines. They need more checkout people.

This Home Depot is good to visit. It’s pretty clean and also well organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. Finding someone for a department can sometimes be a challenge but I think this is a problem of all big box hardware stores. Prices are good and have always been accurate in my experience.

Staff preferred to socialize instead of actually assist customers. Asked 3 different employees for help. Each time they called for it and no one showed. Finally got another CUSTOMER to help. Will definitely NOT be returning to this location.

Currently waiting at the saw machine where the gentleman told us to wait.A kind employee asked other two gentlemen to help us once they are done with their task.About 15mins after, I asked a cashier for assistance (in hopes of her paging someone over to the saw machine) she asked a different gentleman wearing a sage turquoise polo.Four men know we need assistance so far...The last person informed by the cashier says the machine isn’t working 🤔The last person informed has been walking past us by the saw machine without letting us know the machine isn’t working...This is the second Home Depot that needs to update their saw machine blade today.Nevertheless, Alfred steps in to help.Great job Alfred for putting your skills and desire to help Home Depot customers in great use! Not too busy, and I was actually able to get help when I needed it. The selection was reasonably good, so I was able to get everything on my list. Compared to other places, the prices here were very reasonable. I especially like that they offered free delivery on my appliances, and the haulaway fee was only $25 per appliance, which I consider quite reasonable. Plus, they were able to deliver the exact appliances I wanted in the color I wanted in less than a week. Very pleased.

3rd time u came to the tool rental and same guy telling me equipment doesnt work when website says otherwise.1st time was a bobcat.2 time was a rototilling and now the trencher .I ask for medium and dont work.Then I said ok give me the bigger one (where 2 of those) and also says didnt workReally? Time its money .Why the website says its available and the same worker keeps saying nothing works

Excellent customer service. Allan greeted me quickly as he saw me get in line and helped me get the door inside. The team at the device desk went the extra mile and called a different store to see if they had an available replacement item.

Was waiting for someone to come get a couple doors down for me but no one showed up even though I saw workers walking all around. Not satisfied.

Website says they have a color match guarantee for 30 days if the paint doesnt match, which is good since they suck so bad at matching paint. Problem is when you take the wrong-colored paint back to the store with a picture of how off the color was, they deny the refund. Luckily Dunn Edwards is literally across the street, and they know a thing or two about paint.

As a woman Im always apprehensive when it comes to a hardware store, being gifted a pet pig called for yard security...Thank goodnes the ladies were super helpful!!! Only issue was there wasnt any clamps for the fence....

I bought a grill that was supposed to be delivered three times already, every day its supposed to be delivered I call to see if its on the way and they say oh no, the truck didnt pick it up today, or something similar, so the delivery is postponed. Its now scheduled to be delivered for a fourth time...maybe by summer Ill finally have a grill. Today when I called, the customer service associates attitude was that it wasnt her problem since I ordered the grill at a different Home Depot, and this Home Depot was only fulfilling the order.

The visit was the usual in and out—found what I needed and was out. If you haven’t done so, I would highly recommend using the Home Depot app. If you don’t know where your item is, you can do a quick item look-up, and you can get the aisle and shelf numbers to find it quick. Definitely beats wandering the aisles looking for someone to ask!

Always . the employees treat me so well. This is a favorite store for a homeowner such as myself.

We found everything we needed but everytime we go to that one they have 2 registers open with one self scan and only one line for all 3 and yes the line is huge, but I must say the lady that helped us out at the register was so nice made the wait worth it.

Took over a week for the hot water heater to get here well worth the wait has a gas company rebate that offset the price that helps this is what it looks like before installation.

Great place to find things for your home repairs.

Given that most of us locals have either Home Depot or the Lowes down the street, Ill pick Home Depot. Aside from a wider variety, their staff seems a heck of a lot more educated on their store and far more willing to help. I choose Home Depot.

I placed a large buy online pick up in store order. It was so easy and through my email I can tell the store Im there, Krystal brought it to my car. She was such a delight. She smiled and asked how I was and wished me a good day. I really appreciate when a home depot employee can offer such outstanding customer service. Hope to do business with her again.

Most everything is in stock. They are getting better at their curbside pickup but it still takes about 20 minutes for them to bring out your items.

I wanted a toilet and they didnt have it on the floor and they brought a forklift and bring it down from the top of the rack.They were helpful.

This store has narrow isles and bad lighting. Good luck getting an associate to assist you as they are probably shutting down isles to use tne forklift during prime time.

Unfortunately change for the worse. this Saturday fuimls, many closed corridors .Forlift everywhere and many closed sectors. Saturday a day where people can do their shopping, unpresentable ..

Crowded parking lot. Helpful employees. Fair prices. Order on line if possible, store is normally pretty busy. Good customer service when you can find someone to assist you. This is one of my favorite stores in Moreno Valley.

If this is the moreno valley homedepot on pigeon pass they are terrible i recently had a case against them for violating my civil rights and i hired an attorney and just a week ago picked up my check settlement from my attorney against home depot for several thousand dollars yes

Lots of check out stands with no lines and I noticed they have a service center for returns.. I went looking for a charcoal BBQ today. Memorial Day weekend is the time when youre supposed to buy a barbecue there on sale and you should be able to get a good deal.What I found at Home Depot with some good prices on stainless steel gas grills so really cheap charcoal grills nothing really high-end at a reasonable price that I was looking for.I finally found what I was looking for at a different place.

I like this location because its close to home. The parking lot is always pretty full and sometimes hard to find a parking spot. I wish the parking lot was cleaned more often, because there is always screws, nails and other debris waiting to get stuck in your tire. They usually have what I need or something close. Most all the employees Ive come across are pretty nice.

I used to like shopping @ Home Depot, but on Thursday night, I ask customer service for the gas dryer posted. They were nice enough to called up the person for that dept. When the lady showed up, we went over to the sign. First she said it was for the appliance below it. Which I asked, are you sure? I said, because thats a washer. Then she said that they NEVER had that dryer, And doesnt know why that was posted. She said it must have been a glitch in signage because wed never have that kind of clearance. She said in a condescending tone.

Under staffed and I was not able to get any help. I was waiting fir an associate to finish with a customer so I could ask him for help when an elderly lady stated she was being helped by Mark when he walked away and said he would be right back and it had been 45 minutes. The associate went off on the lady and said he was busy and she needed to wait. He treated her like she was a 5 year old kid that was acting up. Talk about not being able to work under pressure! I myself had been waiting for about 40 minutes for some help and could not get any which at that point I decided to leave and probably never be back.

I love going there the people are sweet when you got a returned they take care of you right away you go get your product and youre out the door in minutes and its clean its. I just love the place...

I went to buy something small and quick, it seemed the home depot was little smaller than usual.it has a smaller parking lot but I liked it since is really close to the freeway and it seemed it dosent get that crowded.

Good customer service when available. I was looking for 2 items. The electrical one, I found by myself, somewhat easily. The second one, on the other hand, is another story. There was none around to help, so, I went to a register to pay feeling discontent. I asked the associate at the register, who called someone to help back at the isle on the other end of the store. Tom arrived and was very helpful, he found something similar to what I was looking for in a different area than where it should have been, behind a large display that had to be moved to get to it. The price was good. This rating would have been a 5 hadnt it been for the fact that it took more than half an hour to find one product that online it read they had plenty of.

Always well stocked but you should download the app too often product is left in the wrong place and isnt corresponding with the price you think. With the app you can scan it yourself and avoid surprises.

Very nice people working here and always willing to assist with your question. I encountered a very pregnant ( maybe 6months) lady and she was already working so hard I almost didnt interrupt her but I did and she was so very nice and helpful.

This home depot has a 6 month return policy while the other ones only have a 3 month. It will be ending 3-15-21.
