The QUICKEST drive threw EVER. Never a line and ALWAYS great desert cups. They have different type of hot dogs too. No French fries. Just ice cream, Hot dogs, and drinks. Awesome service

As a kid my family I have been coming to this location for what feels like forever. Probably close to 30 years. It is hit or miss with customer service as far as how polite and or friendly they are and sometimes their chocolate ice cream tastes different from each visit. Like too much syrup or not enough. Overall lots of variety of ice cream and related treats.

Went there today around 6:11pm. Absolutely amazing service. The lady at the window with the blue long nails was very nice and super quick. This custom service was giving me Chick-fil-A vibes!!!! Appreciate the banana shake!!!

Horrible customer service. Women are rude at this location. Absolutely ZERO customer service. Didn’t bother to knowledge my family when we came in and we stood there with nobody in front of us in line for at least five minutes and nobody acknowledged us. Completely ignored us and we were left standing there wondering if we were ever going to be able to place our order. EXTREMELY RUDE WOMEN WORKING! Came in on Thursday evening at 4:00pm on July 1, 2021.I left the date and time so manager/owner can look at video and watch employees ignoring family. All we needed was some sort of acknowledgment stating that they would be right with us. NOTHING! Lady took our order when She overheard me saying we were going to go to Baskin Robbins instead.

I love Dairy Queen! When we drive across country which I have done a number of times I love to find the Dairy Queen’s and I order the Oreo blizzard 90% of the time. Last night I ordered one here in Moreno Valley and it was by far the worst blizzard. They are obviously cheating and buying off the market cookies... not Oreos. This is fraud and needs to be called out. It’s not a cookies and cream blizzard... it is an Oreo blizzard and needs to contain the Oreo brand. Dairy Queen should correct this immediately before Oreo find out you’re using their name with an off brand cookie. This is giving both companies a bad reputation.

If you want a icecream cake for a loved one or friend then they have a few available! Conveniently close to a pizza hut in case you wanna add some treats to your meal plan. Enjoy!

I wish there was more variety in the ice cream cakes. 90% were the same flavor. I was looking for a non-chocolate option but they only had choco/vanilla/crunch fudge cakes or cheesecake. Had a $3 off coupon so the $21 cake was $18. They did a good job on the recipients name which is kinda long.

I ordered a Strawberry Cheesequake blizzard with extra cheesecake. There was literally 2 pieces of cheesecake in a large blizzard with other toppings I didnt order. The drive thru was pretty heavy however the quality was bad this time. Hopefully my next visit in the future wont be such a disappointment.

Their ice cream machine still works. The flavors here are a variety and you can get hot dogs, chili dogs here if you wanted something else

My youngest daughter decided that Dairy Queen would be an ideal place for her to work this summer. She called this particular Dairy Queen asking if they were hiring and if they had an application she could pick up. They informed her that they were indeed hiring, and that she could swing by and pick one up. Well, my wife and I happened to be in the neighborhood and decided to pick an application up on the way home. When my wife walked in and asked for an application, she was told that, They didnt have any. Well, we drove back home and called in to confirm that indeed, they didnt have any applications, just to see if the young man working the counter was being truthful. Over the phone, we were again told that they were hiring and that we could pick up an application anytime. So, we asked why were told at the location that they didnt have any and we werent given any answers, the person on the phone just fumbled over their words. Granted, my wife and I are a bit older, but this person decided that based on her age or appearance, she would not be getting an application. If this isnt discrimination, I dont know what is. She and I are both professional educators and luckily dont have a need to look for employment right now, but I wonder how many people who are out of work and are looking are turned away from businesses like this just because they are a bit older. I hope you resolve your issues and train your staff to be more inclusive and inviting. Highly disappointed.

Biased review. My girlfriend who lived at Moreno Valley brought this place to my attention and we had come here since. You cannot go wrong with the soft serve; it is soooo good. My favorite is in the summer when they have the mixed berry Blizzard. I personally remove the cheesecake bits from it or ask for light amounts of em as they are quite overwhelming

I was there a couple of days ago and order everything was good. Then I go back a couple of days go and order the same order. I order and they messed up on of my orders. Get this it was the same price and everything but because they messed up they wanted to charge 30 cents for the cone they didnt put on. How is that if a couple of days ago i went and order my stuff and with a cone it came out the same price. Since they messed up I shouldnt have to pay for a cone when it comes with a cone are you kidding me. Thats the reason why I will never go back so disappointed... beware check stuff people

Very sad. Bought 24 Dilly bars only received 12 went back with receipt. Manager was very nice but their policy is awful. Was told they need to review the camera and would get back to me within 24 hours. I said fine but would be filling a credit card dispute before leaving the parking lot. Received a phone call while dialing the CC company and they made a call and finally received the Dilly bars.

They do not serve hot foods, at all... there is no outside seating at all and the inside is extremely small. It would help if they incorporated outside seating. Especially, seeing as how it is a freestanding brick and motor final destination point.

Ordered two dipped cones and threw them away after arriving to a different icecream spot only so my daughter would not cry. One of the workers was not wearing gloves she made the icecreams and then the cashier was wearing gloves but then handed me my order with those same gloves shes been touching cash register and other people cards and money. Completely unacceptable such a shame that during this pandemic we cant support our local spots because they can not follow simple precaution measures.

This is a fun place with great ice cream. They have great sales on blizzards and when I went I got a bargain. They have an extensive menu with many choices. This particular location was in need of some cleaning on my visit, the tables were dirty and the floor needed to be mopped. It also took the staff quite some time to acknowledge us. Also when our order was ready they just yell your order is ready! so it is a bit confusing when there are other people waiting for their borders as well.

Great icecream not to expensive. They should have a create your own with whatever flovar you want for a certain price.

Dairy queen is always good! Its been so so busy lately that the line wraps around the parking lot especially in the evening. I went in today about 3:20pm and purchased a few items + a 6 pack of dilly bars. When I got home I seen there was only 5 in my bag. I called DQ and kayla answered the phone. Kayla has such great customer service, she took my name & number & told me to give her manager a few days to call me back bc they are busy. Which I agreed to because they are so busy. Kayla spoke to her manager for me and called me back right away! She told me what the manager said and took care of it for me. I am completely blown away by Kayla. I am so glad I got someone on the phone who actually took care of my situation. I normally dont call about 1 item missing but this was the 2nd time it has happened to me in about 2 weeks. So I decided to call this time. Next time I will double check before I leave.

I know its MORENO VALLEY, but jeez, these employees are beyond rude. And I am not one of those rude, demanding customers who deserves bad service. Im kind, quiet, patient and talk respectfully. I have a quiet voice sometimes is my only issue.Anyway.. There was a nice older lady employee who was polite, but the rest of the Generation Me 20-something year old workers here are awful. Im providing 2 stars because the ice cream/food quality is still great. But expect bad customer service when you come here, drive thru lines of 10-15 cars deep (not exaggerating), and a long wait. However the ice cream / actual food is still good.Good luck

NEVER AGAIN GOING HERE ! Never ever during this pandemic should the cashier ever make or handle the food at any restaurant. Not to mention the worker making the icecream was not wearing gloves ! I can see everything happening. Anyways well cashier swiped my credit card then grabbed my icecream cones and handed them to me with the same gloves she used to open cashier and swipe card! It is completely wrong threw them out right after because i did not want my 2 year old eating germs and corona virus. Its just common sense that there should be two people handleing dood and cashier. AND NEVER EVER SHOULD CASHIER EVER ROUCH OR HANDLE OR EVEN FO NEAR FOOD WITHOUT WASHED HANDS AND NEW SET OF GLOVES !!!!!!!!!!!

Loved the Cookies and Cream ice cream cake. It was gone in a flash. The 12 year old birthday girl (still ok to say girl?) Really enjoyed the creamy, chocolate and the cold was a welcome relief from the heat.

I just came by here recently and in my blizzard is these chunks of some sort of white gelatin.Now I don’t know if you guys clean your machines often but I would expect you guys clean them thoroughly all day before serving ANYTHING to your customers.Because if I am to get sick after this, I’ll be come for this store.Pictures have been taken.
