I love this place they have the best shakes, I was there this morning and this lovely older lady helped me she made great suggestions. She told me they make their own ice cream there which I think its cool. Will definitely come back.

I’ve been there two times and both time I’ve been let down. I asked for a vanilla paleta at first and when I got home to eat it was nothing like vanilla it was more like coconut. Second time I went I asked for a vanilla raspado and again the color was off and it tasted like coconut. Never again coming back here. The one by food for less is way better.

Today I went to buy an ice cream with my family and I asked the girl who attended us a question that if she could put two different flavors and she said no to which I replied that it was fine my only comment was that I told her that in Other Michoacan women would combine the ice cream flavors, and then the lady who was there responded very rude and in a very rude way she said that if I didnt like it to go somewhere else to which she answered that thats why they dont have people and she started to respond badly and I respond in the same way she responded to me and told her that if she did not know how to treat customers but I think she does not know how to treat customers and all she did was to continue to talk to me in a rude way as if I were from her family or if she knew me, she does not have any respect and doesn’t know how to treat a customer she has never met, the last time we went there was a lady who was very kind and she said the lady that work there that she is no longer there because she combined the two flavors we wanted which is also unfair for her I do not wish them bad but I would prefer to go elsewhere, there are many options where you can get very good ice cream and if you want to be treated in a good way because in general the ice cream is good but some of the workers there don’t know how to treat customers because it’s not the first time it has happened to me it’s like the 5 time already and all the 5 times it was different workers but they all had the same attitude and the same way to talk to a customer.

They should provide hand sanitizer at least

Great Flavor and the scoops are more than expected I went to other Michocanas and the prices here are great. This really nice lady helped me choose my flavor and was really nice with my little one, even added gummy bears and sprinkles to my dauthers at no extra charge.

I was going to this ice cream shop in the mornings for a few months now and this lovely young lady would be so nice to me, it’s been about a month that I don’t see her and the other young lady’s working there seem like they woke up on the wrong side of the bed, miss the other girl that worked in the morning, overall the ice cream is good

My mom was so happy, as we walked in a guy was leaving with a juice in a a bag. We asked what drink it was the lady said it was a licuado and that costumer always special request it in a bag we asked if we can do the same and what was the charge she gave me a agua fresca and my mom got a banana strawberry smoothly and they didnt charge extra. they even added oatmeal by her request they were super helpful. Martha was so kind and patient with my mom . The best thing is they have picafresa Ice cream I took a 2 pint container. Definitely recommend this place.

Went to this location about 2 months ago great customer service was attended by a young girl named Yeimi she was nice and showed us the different types of ice cream they had. Ice cream was bomb Will be back!

Be careful with this place. On my last visit there was a young lady cashier that added her own tip to my total. She never flipped the screen over to me so that i could accept or decline a tip and i didnt even sign since it was credit. The next day i look at my account and realize that they charged me more than what my receipt said!

Bad customer service. But the fruta con crema that I got was pretty good.

6/13/21 .. 6pm. Order 2 scrapes. 1 Plum and tamarind. very low taste .. The other. Pineapple and MANGO. The mango looked black in color and tasted already bad. of several days. . very bad experience. I do not return. And this is not the owners response. Solk that they pay more attention to their products.

I like it because they always give big snowballs and their very flavors. Natural a clean place and they always treated me well

The lady was very kind and patient with my children by giving him various tastes of the flavors he has. She recommended flavors to us. She was very kind and respectful when answering even a client who argued that he always carried two balls and they charged him for one. The man was very rude. And she was always very nice. My kids were delighted with the candy cotton snow and Cookie monster. Definitely my new Michoacan favorite.
