I drive a lowish civic and a speed bump disconnected my catalytic converter from the down pipe. They diagnosed me and gave me a price within the first 5 minutes of pulling up and putting me on the lift. All the reviews are true when they say these guys are professional, quick and have the lowest prices. I will for sure be coming back if i need to… which knowing me I probably will!

The guys are very friendly and very fast too. Got there at a little before 5pm to get a cat replaced and was out of there by 5:30, and they told me what other codes might come up from the check engine light later on. Definitely recommend. Great prices too

After calling around several places for quotes on getting an after market performance exhaust for my FJ Cruiser, Alex at Advanced Muffler was the one that offered something I thought was pretty cool, trying out several models to see which met my needs. When I got to the shop he was somewhat busy but assured me he would have time to get to me. As he stated about trying them out, and the different price points over the phone, the same held true in person. After hearing 3 different models and Alex telling me that I would see similar performance gains from any of the 3 models, I went with the one that sounded the best to me. Fasr service exhaust sounds great

I went in to get a small crack welded on my exhaust last year. While they did weld the crack for $20, the welder also welded one of the nuts to the bolt (which comes from the cat). This can no longer be removed and new hardware must be purchased because of this error. Such an egregious mistake demonstrates a lack of skill.Take a look at the image, and you be the judge of the quality.

Do not take your car here because they will rip you off. My car was old but replaced with a cheap part and put it in wrong. They will look in your car for valuables. Be aware.

They sold me an old converter and tried to say that my engine caused the damage to it.the only way I Figured it out was the check engine light came back on . I took it back to them and they said that my scanner was incorrect. But after I push them to replace it they stated that my car cause the damage to the cat.

This place is awesome. Went in for an evaluation of my 72 Camaro and the fellas gave me great advice. They said I didn’t need a new exhaust system but recommended a 2 inch lift. They could have made money by installing a new system but are honest technicians. They welded my pipes in less than 15 min and got me back on the road and in the right direction in regards to my 72. Thanks Robert, Marco and Junior. I highly recommend this shop.

Warning make sure you paid before they do the work. They gave me a quote to install an exhaust and when they finished I came back and it was $100 more then what they quoted me. Very poor disappointed with them. The Owner says they don’t do any work without a work order that’s a lie. Save your money and go else where. These people are shady. I dropped my car off an asked how much and liked the quote and told them to go ahead and install the exhaust. An hour and a half later I go to pick up the car and they charged me more then what they quoted me. So the owner knows nothing he is talking about and need to learn some customer service skills. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Took my Ford Focus in to change the muffler. I explained to him what I wanted my car to sound like and he gave me a ton of options until we arrived at just the right sound. I ended up leaving and coming back half hour later because I wanted it louder. He immediately put it up and got it done. From start to finish everything took under and hour! Took my pick up truck there today to replace my catalytic converter. They by far have the best pricing around. Actually they are approx 50% less than other shops in my area. They advertise lowest prices guaranteed and it is refreshing to see that it is true. Alex greeted me and both he and his service tech guy were both professional and courteous. The job was done in about 20 minutes. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Good service

Ive had this shop work on two cars; a late model BMW and an old Mustang. Their work was excellent on both. On the BMW, I had them install cat-back pipes and high performance mufflers. They made everything fit perfectly. On the Mustang, I had them install a complete exhaust from the headers back with Flowmaster mufflers and stainless steel tips in the back. They had everything in stock and installed the entire system in about an hour. I constantly receive compliments about the looks and sound of the exhaust. I highly recommend Advance Mufflers for exhaust work!

Went in and talked to one of the gentlemen there about fixing the exhaust on my 65 impala. I told him I had to get it towed and he assured me it would get done if I brought it in early. Showed up around 9am on a Monday and I drove it right up to the lift. He even noticed I had bags and asked me to move it on to the drive up lift since the bags cant be hanging free too long cause it could damage them. I had totally forgot about that but he caught it. Roberto (I believe thats his name) and I went over what I wanted and explained to him all the little details i wanted and how i needed the the exhaust to be tucked in as much as possible since i do have air ride and my car basically lays frame. I think he understood how much this car meant to me and took into account everything i had said. 2.5 hrs later he called said it was done. I showed up 15 minutes later car was still on the lift and he went over everything he had done and needless to say he nailed it. Took the car off the lift and lowered it to the ground and what do you know? Exhaust was about a 1/2 inch from the ground. PERFECT!! he complimented me on how nice my car was and the other technician even asked to take a picture. Made me feel good that they appreciated how much work Ive put into my car. I paid and tipped Roberto for his great work and I was on my way. This is how businesses should be done. Gracias Advance muffler!!!

Ive been wanting to do a muffler delete on my dodge for awhile, but couldnt find a shop with good reviews until I came across this place. I drove from San Bernardino because of the reviews of this place. They even exceeded my thoughts going in. They finished within 30 minutes and thats including the time the owner spent explaining my options and showing me while my car was lifted up. Customer satisfaction is something hard to find with any car related shops and this place has just that. I will definitely be here again the day I get a new car. Before I even left they made sure I revved my car a few times to be sure I liked the sound before leaving and I had nothing but the biggest smile on my face from the sound!!

Few days later i noticed a rattling, so I took it back and they replaced the bracket at no charge. Definitely would recommend. Have a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 I went there to get a rear tip fixed. Walked away with a Gibson Muffler. Definitely had that Hemi sound now.

Out of all the other shops I had gone to to get my catilytic converters replaced this was by far the cheapest in the county. They ordered my part and it arrived within a day and had it fixed promptly after I dropped it off. Highly recommend to others.

Called yesterday morning to ask about coming in to get a quote on replacing both cats in my truck. I came in, they told me the price and didnt BS me at all. They replaced both cats and my exhaust in only a few hours. They even gave me a ride to my house when I dropped the truck off! If there is ever anything I maintenance that I wont be able to do in the future, Ill be coming back to Advance Muffler.The guy who helped me out at the counter was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Nobody there tried to sell anything that was unneeded.

So let’s start with the fact that I did my homework and checked every place from the high desert all the way to San Bernardino. When I say checked I mean I called each one and drove to a lot of them. Most of the other shops were very dirty and no one was in a rush to help you. The places that looked professional and clean cost twice as much and 10 times longer to complete.Now back to this shop, when I called the owner he quoted me a price over the phone and when I got there they pulled my challenger right in. Gave me other options and I went with the option that I already had in mind. The price was the same as he told me over the phone. They had me in and out in about 30 minuets or less.People on these reviews say the owner is rude, but I think he is professional and straight to business with a little since of humor. I think most of the bad reviews are young kids expecting for the owner to kiss there ass.Definitely will return with my Dodge Ram
