I called to get a quote to have a mid muffler delete on my 2004 Dodge Durango. Everybody else wanted to charge me $65. I called Full throttle Muffler for the same thing and they quoted me $45. Theyre extremely friendly. It looks like a father and son shop this is why I gave them 5 stars. So go to them and tell him what you want to do and they will work with you.

The owner is a cheat and a scammer. Worst exsperiance ever. He will quote you one price finish the work wich is mediocre and will charge you twice the amount. If you refuse to pay the higher amount he will start yelling and threaten you. I would almost say it is a dangerous place to do business with. For your own safety and your vehicles safety choose another place. Very unprofessional.

I have had all my exhaust work done here at Full Throttle Muffler. Offroad xpipe 3in tubing with magnaflow mufflers on my 2016 Mustang GT. They are hard workers and do whatever it takes to make you as the customer happy. They also give honest and reasonable pricing that wont burn a hole through your pocket. I definitely recommend looking into getting your work done at this shop!

*BUYER BEWARE* you get what you pay for. Shady work and scammy owner. They replaced my catalytic converter 8 mos ago. Warranty was for 5 yrs. Part has gone out again. I now live in AZ so could not take car to them to repair. Called 3x trying to get them to just ship warrantied part to new mechanic or reimburse me 1/2 of what I paid them to help cover 2nd replacement. Couldnt even get a returned call. Ended up having to pay all over again (more this time) to have it done. New mechanic stated was wrong part to begin with. Called a 4th time and threatened legal action and filing a complaint with CA Mechanics Board. Suddenly get a call back, telling me to bring car in and my other mechanic was a liar. I explained I already paid to have it replaced again, what could we work out for some type of reimbursement. Owner refused and then started arguing that my warranty was not valid in AZ. My paperwork says NOTHING about this. My advice is stay away. Try Lennys on Sunnymead, probably a little pricier, but I always had quality work done by Jaime, and he honored all of their work. I am now in the process of filing complaints against Full Throttle and will take legal action if recommended once I speak with the attorney I was referred to. This guy is shady, and tries to blame others for his own shops incompetence. If I could have given 0 stars I would have.
