I needed to bring my car in after a car hit me and took off. I was able to bring my car in right away. Everyone was so helpful and understanding. I worked with the Morgan Hill location And it was an easy and stress free experience. Sean kept me up to date with the repair timeline and was ready to jump in and help when I had rental car issues. I was so impressed with the level of service I received and will never go anywhere else if I ever need bodywork again. I highly recommend Caliber Collision, especially the Morgan Hill location. Everyone made a horrible experience so much better!

The parts that i indicated were damaged due to an accident were not fixed. The car wasnt even driveable. It cost $1400 and took 2 week for a simple bumper replacement . Worst Ive ever delt with

Took car in to get an estimate on Monday 1/6/20 was told that theyre very busy and it might be the end of the day to get an estimate, possibly as late as the next day. Well its Thursday and not even a call. They must really be busy to not have an estimator on site to do this. Its takes 5-15 mins to do an estimate, for Caliber, its between 3-?? days. Management shouldnt allow chewing gum in the work place!

Jessica helped me with an estimate she was very quick professional and answered all my question and concerns about the estimate on my vehicle. I recommend Jessica for any question and services on your vehicle.
