The only starbucks in town I go to. Service is usually quick. Ive never had any negative experiences at this location.

The people there were nice and the service was quick. I have been to a lot of Starbucks locations; some good, some bad, this one is somewhat in the middle. Its clean and decent. There is a couple of small tables to sit at, but it does have a grab a drink and go kinda vibe. Liked their board though.

I LOVE this Starbucks location (Cochrane & Monterey Rd). The baristas are always friendly and efficient. My orders have always been correct and when they have been out of something I ordered the staff have made some great recommendations. Go to this Starbucks. You wont be disappointed.

So far fantastic! I have been to many Starbucks and I sometimes order crazy things or boring on the board items. This place has not once gotten my order wrong. Very nice staff too. I usually do drive thru or pick up with no issues. Has not been too crowded either. Very fast with orders.

I usually take the drive through and my order is never wrong and drinks well heated. Coming inside I was greeted with a smile and felt invited. Wonderful baristas and beautiful location.

We come here because it around the corner from us and usually do a mobile order. They are very slow here. So if you are experiencing run in and run out, go to a different location. Other than that staff is friendly and they always seem to be fully staffed. Honestly, if mobile order wasnt an option, I would go to one of the 5 locations only a mile further from this location.

Meh...I wanted coffee and its always a good place to get it. The drive through is usually backed up...but with limited walk up service its a way to get coffee. Typical Starbucks.

Ordered a venti iced caramel cold macchiato and all I got was 99% foam. I could of literally got a tall and I would of gotten more than what they served me. Im expecting an explanation.

Madi made 5 drinks for us and she did a fantastic job for a person in training. Madi made us feel special as Im sure she does all of her customers. Safeway youve hit the jackpot with this young lady.

Good most of the time. They have gotten orders wrong in the past but recently pretty good. Usually pretty busy though.

I stop here when I leave with enough time for work. Everyone is always super friendly and my drink is always perfection!!

Warm and friendly service. Staff were having fun while working together and taking care of clients. Happy to remake your drink if not 100% satisfied, no questions asked, no sassy looks or remarks... Would have given it a 5 if they had gotten my drink perfect the first time. But then again Im pretty picky about my Cappuccinos...

Nice clean establishment. Service usually accurate but occasionally mistakes made. Hot chocolate s sometimes come out hot chocolate with coffee. The place is usually very busy.

Over the past few years, every time weve stopped here, weve had drinks that were perfectly prepared. The baristas are wonderful as well. I dont have anything to point out here that may be to someones disliking.

Poor dark roast. Taste like water. I will not be going to either Starbucks in MH anymore. I expect better coffee in the morning especially for almost $3 a cup.

Drive through server gave me great detailed service, without rushing, & even reminded me at the window about my points balance qualifying me for a free drink.

They were quick efficient and the best part the lady in front of us paid for the drink. My granddaughter is 14 it was her first experience of something like that happening! We wish to thank the lady in the car in front of us! God bless and have a wonderful day

Always friendly service and the manager is a genuinely very helpful person. I like that its next to an open field. Also gave me 2 free coffees cause I had to wait a minute and a half. Nice people here.

Give yourself 20 minutes for a coffee order during busy times. If you walk in you are competing with drive thru and online orders. There are better local places at a fraction of the time

Edmonds Plaza Florist in San MateoI have been a customer for 30 years. For quality and excellence in design, I think they cant be beaten. My daughter is an actress. Over the years I have ordered many presentation bouquets from Edmonds and they never fail to turn heads as I carry them into the theatre.

Quiet little peaceful place! Not so much foot and car traffic at this location.

Today service was better than usual. The description for a green tea includes hand shaken on the menu, however: I regularly have to still ask for my tea to be shaken. Today I did not have to ask, the Batista shook it accordingly.

Im an odd one and dont like coffee, flavor, smell, taste, nada so I get the double chocolatey chip for this reason. Usually its perfectly done! However today, when I picked it up, it tasted too much of mocha, which was, for me nasty. It would be one star, but they took it and redid it. If it were better, the second time, there would be four stars. It just was not up to the standard that I had due to the many previous visits that have been more than amazing.

I ordered an americano and all I got was coffee. One, I saw him put coffee in the cup, and it taste like coffee. Once I got home and and started to drink it, that’s when I knew, it’s coffee. I called and was told no I made you an americano. He offered to make me another one if I want to come back. Shady staff at this Starbucks, very disappointing.

35 minutes to get coffee. My daughter and the other kids in there were all late to school. Kept telling them their drink was coming and kept making mobile orders that were just coming in. This was even after I told the barista how long we had been there.

Line is kind of long but moves along fast!

BELS OR BEIS whatever her name is (the short one with black hair) is quite rude and unprofessional. I have never had such a bad experience with starbucks in my life. A 30 minute wait for 3 drinks with no customers in line ahead of us was ridiculous. The associate started my drinks and never completed them. My drinks were left in the blender on the counter for more than 15 minutes while 4 associates helped one single customer that came in 15 minutes after I was already waiting. That customer received his order before mine was even continued.

Update: Theyve updated their way to accept credit cards. Now you must grab the dirty CC terminal and swipe your card. Its obvious that they do not clean it daily or at all... Simple little thing would make all the difference in the experience._____Theyve mixed up my drink a few times. I dont know how venti can be heard as grande but I suppose it is better than being overcharged.

This is honestly the worst Starbucks known to Starbucks history. they are so unorganized worse coffee making people ever i only go there if i desperately need coffee, the people who work there dont even know what they are doing, they really need to shut down, the worst customer service they dont even look like they want to help you then they get mad if you want to add something to your order.

My significant other and I stopped in to the Monterey Road Starbucks in Morgan Hill, CA, and we were both quite unimpressed to say the least. Upon entering their establishment we both needed to use the restroom and to our dismay both of their facilities were dirty (toilet paper and used napkins littered the floor). After washing up we entered the line and weren’t greeted by the barista who was at the register. As we approached to order she seemed very frustrated and underwhelmed by our patronage. We ordered our drinks and patiently waited in line for our beverages. I got my usual, Caramel Brûlée Frappechino, and my SO got her usual, Caramel Frappechino. It took quite a long time for us to receive our drinks but they were quite busy so that’s to be expected. Upon receiving our drinks (at which the barista simply called out the drink in question and went about his business) we put our straws in and took the first sip and were absolutely shocked at the lack of flavor. My SO’s coffee tasted like ice chips with caramel drizzle and mine wasn’t much better. My SO said to me, “honey, try this it’s so bland.” I did, and we agreed she should wait in line and ask for a new one to be made. The manager on duty (we presume manager because she was very bossy and rude to the other employees) was quite rude, didn’t apologize and just repeated what my SO had told her. “It tastes like water? Caramel Frappe!” And walked away. My SO waited in line for another four to five minutes before receiving her next drink which was slightly better but still had too much ice in it. She was upset because the barista started her drink and put it down and forgot about it and kept her waiting. Luckily we won’t be back to this location but we were both unimpressed by the service or lack there of, the cleanliness of the restaurant and their bathroom facilities. You can do better, Starbucks Monterey Road.

I stopped at the Starbucks at Monterey and Tennant. It was a disappointing visit. I ordered a vente cafe espresso frap, which is listed on the new fall menu as a new classic. I was told by the young lady at the cashier that they were no longer making them. I pointed to the brand new menu and said its still listed and its listed as a new classic. She told me again they werent making them. So I asked, are you just out of the espresso whipped cream or the italian roast drizzle, since I was willing to omit one of those. At that point, the male making the drinks again told me firmly that they were no longer serving that drink. So I left, and went to a different one that apparently knows their fall menu better and had no trouble getting the drink.

It took 20 minutes just for 3 cars in the drive thru and they messed the order up.
