The manager here is so miserable with her life she is inconvenience by customer presence. She is clearly deteriorating and taking it out on everyone else. If you don’t feel like visiting miserable people, just hit the next gas station. +TAX +CRV

Robinson and his team are great, my car looks amazing! They pay close attention to detail and the work speaks for itself. Shop is very clean and organized. I was a little hesitant to spend the money but Im so happy I did it was worth it. I did the Shell and 3m crystalline tint on my windshield.

Went in to fill a propane tank. Told by the manager, the clerk did not know how. Funny thing was the clerk had filled one for me previousally. The manager could not be interrupted from a personal conversation to fill the tank. Found a local tool rental to fill the tank, where I will go in the future.

The icees are amazing idk the girl with the pink hair but she turned on the machine for me and zoe she was so nice the owner getter give her a raise right nowwwwwwwww

It is the worst place. l went for air for my car, l didnt know how l should put air in tire. l asked them to help me. the person who works there, looked at me said no l cant do it. another lady was in store. she told him you are so mean, she needs your help. but he didnt care. lm really sorry for him and his attitude. finally l got help outside of store in gas station. l Hope one day he can understand and know when someone asking for help, how he can be as a HUMAN.

If I could, I would give this place less of a full star. Im six months pregnant who also had a two year old in the car, walked all the way over from the water and air pumps to ask the red haired, penciled eyebrows lady to please turn on the air when she had time. She acknowledged me and said she would. After being at the machine for a few minutes, giving her the benefit of a doubt, she never turned it on. Luckily there is a chevron across the street. Thanks for nothing. That was the first time Ive ever tried to go to that gas station in the five years Ive been in the area and I guess it was my last! Ive always gone to Chevron and always had a good experience there!

Pumps are fast. The prices are usually the second highest in Morgan Hill, which is okay for me when I want the best quality gasoline. The car wash is pretty good, but also pricey. The wash was recently refurbished with new equipment which works well. NOT a touch less wash, so dont take your Ferrari through there. The worst thing about this Shell station is the presence of super loud, annoying advertising screen on each pump. Every time I fill up here (or other stations with similar screens) I want to spray insulation foam into the speaker holes.

Every time......and I mean every time I have come here to get propane, there has been an issue......only one person in store so they cant come out.......person filling, the one time I was able to get propane, didnt know how to vent tank when filling. Great price.....terrible service! If I could give no stars, I would.

This is where I get my head in Morgan Hill and it is a little funky because when they have to go to the bathroom they lock the building till they get back. So you have to wait till they return to get gas. Kinda dumpy but it is on the way home for me.

0 customer service. I was here at 02/02/19 at 11.45 PM and I have pumped gas and the guy on counter says he cant let me use the wash room. Im a shell customer for years and previous employees as well. Im so disappointed. Dont go here

Need lower prices. 2 blocks away gas is 10 to 15 cents cheaper.

Drink cases are barely cool. Credit card reader at the car wash was installed broken and has stayed broken for months.

Egad! Loud video gas pumps are annoying as hell, but just looking over the same 5 second clip constantly, at full volume, makes me wish for an asshat playing loud music.
