Almost impossible to get through by phone to discuss specialty rx for wifes eye surgery. This is getting progressively worse. Will start looking at competitors.

Retrain your staff on proper mask protocol. I expect better from a pharmacy. No, this wasnt a slip. I had to wait in line and this was how he was wearing his mask.

Horrible experience, store closes randomly before closing time, ignores customers standing outside.

My brother had very invasive surgery on his upper palate for which the doctor sent In all his prescriptions to this cvs pharmacy the day before. CVS failed to include the main pain medication he was supposed to have post opp resulting him in going hours and hours without pain medication, feeling the intensity of a raw surgery for the length of time. Turns out they were out of the medication and the pharmacist neglected to mention that it needed to be restocked in which case if We had known that, I would have either picked it up from them or gotten sent somewhere else to retrieve it so I had it before he got home. I know this is a trying time and we’re all doing the best we can but for some especially people who are at their wits end to get these surgeries, pain control is a matter between life and death so mistakes like these are something that need to be remedied quickly and need to be far less frequent than their track record entails. I’m pretty angry about it but I want this to be a good lesson learned that getting these things right and transferring information in a successful communicative manor is so important for the patients well being. Please please understand the weight this carries.

Store is constantly understaffed. As a result the pharmacy drive-thru is never open and they can seldom answer phone calls.

Staff is always friendly, always efficient, and always goes the distance and beyond for me. They’re great!

I used their bathroom while shopping here and there was no soap. Evidently they knew it was empty because the old canister was gone... While being disgusted that I had to leave the bathroom without washing my own hands, I went to the pharmacy counter to use hand sanitizer - which was also completely empty!The guy at the front counter was friendly and responded to my request to replenish the soap in the bathroom, but I didnt verify that it actually happened.
