Over inflated prices on great cosmetics and hair products. Staff are snotty, stuck up and are highly selective of whom they choose to help. I loathe shopping here and unless I really need something from this store i would rather order it online than step back into this store.

Ok first let me tell you that I go to a lot of Ultas. I will not go the elk Grove one because they are rude and look at me like I am trash and dont belong there. The one in folsom is a littler better but not much. I was out of town and in Morgan hill when I realized I forgot shampoo. There was a ultra close to where we were staying. I was hesitant to go but I needed shampoo and this was close. I walked in and was greeted with a warm hello can I help you? As I was looking around I was greeted by many associates who wanted to help and were very nice and helpful. I wish that ask Ultas worked this way, then I might go back

Great store to spend some time browsing, find some great deals and pamper yourself. Everyone that works there is so nice. I always feel welcome and respected when I shop there. My daughter and I make it me/our time to get away from the hassle of shopping in other stores.

Im a regular at my local store, but because I was in the area getting my car serviced, so I booked an appointment here. I got there early to do a little looking around. While I was getting closer to my appointment time I walked closer to the salon. A staff member was about to cross paths with me and greeted me like they all do. Come to find out it was Teresa my esthetician for today. We definitely clicked, and as my treatment went on we chatted on and off; although she really did her best to try and get me to relax. By the end of my session my skin was red and blotchy like it should be with a good facial(sounds odd I know, but its true), and by the time I got home in the evening it was already clear and I had a nice glow going on. Im seriously debating making the drive just for a facial. Its really just Teresa, she really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied. I will also say that the staff as a whole in that store is amazing, and you can tell everyone loves there job and work well with there fellow employees. This location is one the brand should be proud of.

I just want to recognize this location for a awesome staff and artists. I came in today to get color matched, Melissa helped me find my perfect match. I got in and out with what I needed with genuine help no bs! Would recommend this location if you want friendly staff and quick efficient service. Very pleased will be coming back. 👍

Went to Ulta for a gift. Jose was so helpful, I was able to get the products I was looking for. He really made my visit easy and stress free. Jose really went out of his way and I would go back just for him.

This place has tons! Its a little overwelming. Do your research and know what you want before you go. They seem to be low or out of the popular items too often. They are very pricey!Tip: dont go unless you have money to blow! 😉

Love this place!! So glad they came to Morgan Hill. The staff is amazing and makes you feel like family!! They now do facials and Jose - OMG, amazing at doing facials and recommending the right products for your face - great price too!

We were unable to find what we looking forBut the store was clean and good customer services.

My wife is a platinum rewards member at Ulta and was super excited when she found out we were getting one in town instead of having to go to Gilroy every time. However, we have not had one good experience at this store. The employees are more concerned about chatting with each other than helping the customers. I went without her to get her Christmas presents and was not asked once if I needed help even though I passed one employee several times. When I finally did ask someone a question, I had to interrupt a conversation between two employees, and received a very curt answer before they returned to their conversation. We will not be returning and will instead continue going to Gilroy.

I like this location. It seems bigger and better staffed then other locations.

Associates were knowledgeable, accommodating & cheerful. Oh, and I purchased a Biore product @ a reasonable price.
