Very confusing store hoursOn their site it says they close at 5pmOn their door they close at 7pmOn their open hours sign says they close at 6pmI get here 4:40pm right after work AND YOU GUYS ARE CLOSE. Like horrible horrible and confusing store.

Best store in town when looking for a bargain. Erica and Maria are outstanding with there product knowledge and customer service. I order a couch one day and it was delivered with an hour after. Will recommend to everyone.

Not okay... Distribution of flyers on private property. A clear No Trespassing sign at the entrance to the community they disregarded.

For those of you who don’t know how there merchandise is acquired, cosco auctions off there damaged and returned items. The highest bidder wins the contract for X amount of time. According Costco”s website, these pallats of merchandise are sold penny’s on the dollar...Unbelievably cheap, like 18% - 23% of the original price. And keep in mind, Costco, being the giant retailer that they are already is able to sell there stuff cheaper than anyone one else.I have been to another one of these thrift stores in L.A and let me tell you. I left with a car load of stuff from them. Great deals, great customer service.I have been to bargain hunters in Morgan Hill a few times and it just pisses me off. I was interested in buying a barstool that was priced somewhere around $30-$35. I looked on the Costco website and noticed the same barstool being sold For $37. I told the guy that worked there about what I found in effort for him to realize that there must be a mistake, knowing that he paid probably around six dollars for the chair I assumed he would be willing to negotiate a little. I was wrong semi rude and unwilling to negotiate I left the store.Long story short if they sold their stuff at 100% profit, which any business would love to make 100% profit, I could’ve gotten that chair for like $15, they’re greedy and are looking for something ridiculous, everything in the store is only a few dollars cheaper than Cosco I’d rather just go to Cosco, with a return policy.
