This probably only surprised me, but you save a lot of money on grocerys by shopping here -- I mean a lot -- like maybe a third less for big bags of stuff that you have to buy anyway. Its noticeable.I still think I might be too good for Walmart, but thats what keeps me going.

We love this Walmart, we actually drive down from San Jose. Its bigger and has a better selection and the parking is not chaotic as some of the other Walmarts.

Nobody answers the phone in any of the departments except for the pharmacy and theyre useless for answering questions.

It was dine but they need to get handicap scooters other wise shelves were stocked and price was better than fair.

Overall clean and decently stocked. No cashiers of course.

Airways a good experience. However recently theres limited products and simply the people who work there are obviously stressed.

This store beats the Gilroy store with a stick. There are still empty shelves and boxes around. But generally clean and helpful staff.

They have everything you need and prices are good. Whats not good is customer service. They are mean, rude, and not helpful. The other thing is a lot of items are behind lock and key and you you could be waiting a long time.

My favorite place to shop. If you want to get out the house and be around good people, then this is the place to get everything you need. Staff is friendly anf always helpful. Shopping carts could benefit from a deep cleaning and sometimes they are scattered around the parking lot. Overall a pretty chill environment to shop in.

It was a terrible experience! It was one hour before closing on July 21, 2021, and they had all cashiers closed!The store did nothing to expedite the crowd out of the store in a timely manner. They were helpful but they didnt know you could price check and get same price as Walmart.com in store at managers approvals.

Clean place, people were nice

Walmart is a really good place to shop if you just need something good and fast. The only problem is so much stuff is locked up and sometimes theres stuff scattered in the most random places but that isnt the employees fault, its the shoppers.

Its a Walmart as long as I can get in and out quickly Im happy and you should be to. Stop wasting peoples time.

This store is never stocked enough it should be its always busy and the service is sometimes ok but I bet thats because the long lines the cashiers are overwhelmed

When you buy alcohol you cannot go through the express line you have to get in the main aisles and wait after all these people are buying baskets full of items. Hopefully the store location will come up with a better method some people would just like to buy their items like alcohol and get out

Probably one of the worse Walmarts in the area if that is possible - only one checker normally - treated like a criminal with receipt checkers - illegal under 4th Amendment

Walmart as usual, great selection, lax employees, ONE human operated register open for and several self check outs. CA law requires alcohol purchase be made via a human. Fun waiting all that time in line. The Cashier was nice though.

I dont know what has happened to the store but the shelves are always empty they never seem restocked and everything is locked down and you have the worst time trying to get someone to help you youre standing around waiting and theyre short on employees. Walmarts a good store unless you are trying to get razors or personal items they lock everything up. I hope youre not in a rush you have to wait at least 10 or 15 minutes before anyone opens the cabinets.

Its Walmart....always the cheapest around but lately they havent been keeping the shelves stocked. Been out of a lot my regular items.

Terrible location.My mom had an order to simply pick up. She got to the store and nothing was showing up for her. It took two employees to get the supervisor to help her.The supervisor, Violet, instead of trying to help my mom to figure out what has happened to her order, decided to stand and argue over the email that was received to pick up the items. The email clearly stated the items were ready for pick up, had pickup instructions and a barcode. Not sure what was confusing about that.My mom left the store with none of the items she tried to pick up from her order.WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN

This Walmart really needs some new buyers. They never have any new items it seems, just the same old stuff.

Love it! Great prices on mostly everything. The meat section is small & some of it is a bit pricey but everything else is low priced and there are savings everywhere! Very budget friendly. Whenever I go to a different store I find myself back at Walmart because in my opinion Walmart has unbeatable prices! Plus an amazing amount of products.

Small store. Many items wrong price and if you show them they will only give you the mistaken price on one. We bought 3 items from a full display. Price said $3.97, they rang up at $14.97. I took the assistant mgr. over to show him. He pulled the price off the display and said to tell the cashier to give me the price marked. Once I did, she said only one. I questioned that and the Mgr said that thats Walmart policy.

They refused to take a return on a bose speaker I bought last week . It turned out it was not loud enough for a price of $133 my phone speaker is louder. I called corporate they said as long as I have the receipt (which I do) and the speaker was undamaged I should have no problem.. I wont be buying anything electronics from Walmart ever again. The customer service manager was extremely rude .

No Curbside Pickup via Walmart App 🥺 This Walmart location on Cochrane Plaza is listed on Google Maps as having Curbside Pickup services - HOWEVER, the Walmart app does not show this location for Curbside Pickup even when I plug the exact zip code for this location (zip = 95037). So either the Google Maps is incorrect or the Walmart App software developers need to fix this and allow us to choose it from the possible Pickup Location options - see screenshot for reference - Cochrane Plaza is not listed 😔

Great service and a lot of options with the exception of sizes for leggings. Their brand is one of my favorites and it always seems like they NEVER have my size.
