Dunno about product quality, but if its anything like their delivery drivers steer far away. One of their drivers was blasting through our neighborhood at 30+ mph this morning and took down a power line crossing the street. The same power line does not cause issues for garbage/recycling trucks. Hope these ****** get billed for replacement...

They used to hand sand all their doors but now everything is machine made and sanded. Sanding marks from the wide belt on most of the doors and they sand them at such a high grit when we stain them they are lighter then the frames and finished ends. They dont care about this and only see our sales rep every 3-4 months. We make most of our doors now but sometimes we have to order them and its a nightmare.

I buy 150000 a year worth of doors. My old company has failed me repeatedly. Been with cal door for six months. They are absolutely the best door company on earth. Responses. On time. Their office staff is incredible. The ordering staff is even better than ever. Love these guys

Used to be good about two years ago. Ive been buying doors from them for about 6 years and Ive only seen my sales rep once. Crappy customer service, never returns calls or emails.Looking for another door company

Have worked with this Company for over 25 years and Was a good company to deal with. Now not so much. Very poor customer service, the customer is always wrong when it comes to a problem with their product. No managers to speak to when the salesman is of no help resolving a problem, and say they are to busy to fix your problem and drop it in your lap. No quality control or follow through by your salesman

I manage a cabinet shop and spend $10k + a month on this vendor. I couldnt be more pleased with their response, pricing, quality, lead time, but also their resolve the (very) few times theres been any problems. Ive tried many other options, and I will not look any further.
