I am extremely happy with the service. The technician arrived in the time given when I scheduled the service call. He took the time to explain the different springs and why he was using the springs he used. Throughout the process, he would explain what he was doing. He took the time to grease and oil my door and showed me how to keep my garage door in good working order. He even changed a few screws because the wrong ones were in the door. Overall the experience was great and I will call them again.
