Stay home and shop online. While the store is far from empty, there are a lot of empty shelves and the employees to busy chit chatting with each other to properly price the items for sale. Fortunately, they have at least one pole mounted scanner on the floor so you can check the prices for yourself. And do that because the employees also do not put up the on sale prices so you would most likely leave behind pricier items you would have purchased if you knew the sale price. I will say that the manager this evening seemed to really care about the sales staff lackluster performance but I suppose it is tough to find young people willing to work for their pay.

Went for a wedding registry and found both employees very helpful. Not a lot found in the store from the registry but I found what I was looking for.

Its beautiful, but pricing is a little high for me. I purchased some sheer curtain just put it up.

I used the curbside pickup. Everything was correct and they brought it out quickly.

Went in looking for lightbulbs for a 3 way lamp, there were none in stock, but an associate helped out and ordered them online for me. Plus came out with a new vacuum big bonus.

Wasnt to crowded, in and out quickly. Friendly sales clerk.

One of my favorite of the modern specialty stores. They have everything you need, and stuff you didnt even know existed. I always find something I didnt know I needed, and because of their liberal coupon policy, I always get 20% off. The cashiers have always been very pleasant.

They have a lot of things that you dont find in other stores. Sometimes its a little pricey, though. The sales people are very helpful and friendly.

Great store! The manager lady that runs it is always helpful, and the staff always seems happy. That’s rare in a retail setting in 2019.

The store is perfectly fine but the associates are like robots with no personality and barely know where anything in the store is and are very unhelpful.

Went in with my wife looking for bed sheets. Because the way the place is laid out I was forced to look at everything else on the way to the bed sheets. It was terrible, but the bed sheets were really nice so theres that.

This was my first visit to Bed Bath and Beyond store and I was pleasantly surprised to find so many stuff one can shop there. Decent prices, friendly and helpful associates, compartments very well organized. I would be coming here more often now.

They are not on the customers side. Wife purchase items, got home 29 miles away and realised she was not given the sale prices and actually was overcharged on some items above regular price.

You could spend the entire day in this store and never see everything. The prices are reasonable, the store isalways clean, and the staff is awesome.

Just bought the Google Home for $99 as advertised. This is in July, not Christmas. Nice!
