Apparently Best Buy does not feel your time is as valuable as theirs. You cant call the local store you are rerouted to a national number where you have to listen to a minutes of useless information before the computerized voice tells you it doesnt understand your question and you are asked to hold while their customer service reps answer your call in the order it was received. THEN, after waiting 15 more minutes, you cannot understand the reps accent and Maria tells you rudely I told you and will not repeat. Well, I will tell Best Buy that with this level of Customer Service dont expect repeat customers.
Absolutely nothing in stock when looking for a laptop. They have multiple ones on display that would take weeks to show up if you order them. They are able to order one but so can everyone else. Ended up just ordering from Newegg for a cheaper price and faster shipping.
I have used the auto department for installing a car stereo and they were wonderful! Explained thoroughly and even though I had to go back when the stereo stopped working, again they explained what was going on and fixed it in a reasonable amount of time.Oh and the service dog is definitely the employee of the month. The goodest boy ever!
The associate who attempted to help me was more interested in her phone and texting than she was in helping me with my question until I told her I would wait for her to finish if she needed. Not your typical associate I am used to at Best Buy.

Pre-ordered the new Mamba Forever edition of NBA2K21 through Best Buy in Morgantown WV and hafta say Im happy all around! Had the game ready for me at customer service and in my hands within minutes of entering the building. Also got some work on my laptop from the Geek Squad and all at a low price, cant beat it!

I used the Cell Phone Sales service. Connor, the AT&T specialist, is truly a cellular sales pro. I have Sprint/T-Mobile and he was able to fix the issues I had, answer several questions that carrier store employees havent, and was very professional and entertaining. 10/10. Well be using them permanently moving forward!
Actually I wouldnt even give 1 star! Employee had no knowledge of point to point wifi access equipment. Employee went to get the manager to assist but he didnt bother to even come over to speak to me instead he stood there laughing with another employee while looking at me. Will never return.

Please stop selling PS5s online to bots who sell them for over 1K. I tried add to cart not even one second after it went live and said out of stock. I can’t compete with thousands of people and bots. When I wanted a PS4 in 2013, I walked into the store and asked a clerk if theres was any in stock, and I left Best Buy with one. Whats the point of doing it online if it’s out of stock not even 2 seconds after being up?

Bought a new smart TV, we had to order, no problem. At pick up, had to wait 20 mins for a clerk to help us because we wanted to purchase a sound bar. When the clerk finally came, she was not very friendly, she made us feel, like we were bothering her. Probably understaffed but why should customers feel like they are a problem?

Nothing but terrible service trying to get a laptop. I arrived 5 days after the ordinal purchase to be told it didnt ship until the previous day. I was told it would arrive the following Tuesday. I shared I would be out of town until that Friday. No problem...I was told they would hold it for 7 days since I was going to be traveling. I was back on day 3. They had cancelled the order and put the computer back in stock. I was given the computer at the original sale price. Given a new receipt that didnt have the key code for the Office License. Had to make a 4th trip to get another delicate of the original receipt.. Extremely poor customer service!!

Very nice, clean, laid out great & easy to find everything. Employees very helpful at every turn. One guy spent a good 30 minutes -maybe longer- in conversation about a few different devices (iPads androids and Pcs) and had decent knowledge of them all. The store carries a few things that i cant find at stores close to my home. My first experience was great.
I took my PC in to get fixed on May 2nd. Wasnt booting up and just showing press esc to get to start menueI was told it would be 3-4 days and Id be called or texted with updates. Its now May 11th, everytime I call, I get an automated message saying they arent getting calls right now and it STILL says its waiting to be assigned to an agent.Will update when I eventually have it back.

Wasn’t busy at all just needed my kid’s iPad pencil reconnected. I drove all the way from Pennsylvania to West Virginia on my only day off and they wouldn’t take a walk in. The iPad isn’t but two months old at the most. I paid almost $700 for mini iPad which isn’t the product I even wanted the girl said that’s all that had. This place is a joke each time I come here .... and most aren’t very knowledgeable on their products.🤨

I went to this store to return a birthday gift from someone far away, that I had then out my own money into. At first, they sent all of the money back to the person who sent me the gift! When I explained that this was a gift and that I had put my own money into as well, they made me wait as they gave me the partial refund that I asked for, and then sent the rest of the refund back to the person without even asking me if I would want to use it at the store which I intended to do that day. Went an hour out of my way just to have my shopping experience completely ruined and my birthday potentially ruined.

We were able to eventually find what we needed, but had decided to ask for a second opinion from the cs reps there. He told us it would work but then changed his mind asked our budget and then tried to sell us an item exactly like what wed found at $70 higher than our budget and became very adamant about that item. Poor customer service.

Everyone knows best buy...hell its a national cookie cutter chain store. So there is only one thing that set it apart. Actually two...location and service from knowledgeable employees. The location is fine. I have bought everything from refrigerators stoves computers game consoles and on and on since it opened. But the thing that makes this store shine is the automotive installation department. Best in Morgantown in my opinion. Brandon and rich are incredible personable and highly skilled. I also recommend checking into the total tech package..worth every penny

I called 5 to 6 times in a row and this automated phone system is a joke people, you can’t even talk to someone anymore, how pathetic is that. I don’t see them doing much business like this, and just think I use to work for them in Florida, it’s sad how everything has turned for the worse no customer service anymore.
Could not reach our store by phone, kept trying to redirect us to website. Finally drove to the location, still on hold! Went in to locate poduct, you guessed it, sold out. Was told at the location, this is how corporate wants it, I was the fourth person to mention it today. Real lack of customer service when you dont even want to answer the phone.

We have had so many bad run ins with the best buys in bethel park pa and Triadelphia wv that we swore we would be done with the company in general but now will be coming back to the one only in Morgantown. The other stores need to follow what this store does!

The guys that installed my moms automatic start today were awesome! They were professional, and polite. They immediately started on her vehicle and were finished in about an hour. I really enjoyed talking to the two guys that worked on her car, they gave us the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. You could tell that they enjoyed what they did. One of the guys took time to make sure my mother knew how to use everything before we left. Will definitely be back to get one for my car.
Ordered a refrigerator...tried calling but no answer...poor phone communication with customers...refrigerator never came on Friday as promised...had to get an open box refrigerator... decent deal until we get it home and had to remove the doors to get it in and come to notice a stripped out allen wrench head that prohibited from getting it thru the door. Now on my way to hopefully get a tool at home depot to remove the stripped allen wrench bolt... just anothet screw up with this purchase...not a satisfied customer
