They couldn’t figure out why my car was making a noise and on my second trip in for this noise they told me it is the cabin air filter and charged me $142 for just that piece of info (2020 vehicle still under warranty). I changed the filter and guess what… they were wrong just as I had suspected because my car was still making the noise. I took my vehicle to Jenkin’s Subaru in Bridgeport where they were not able to find the issue either but were very helpful by escalating the issue higher up to someone who identified that the real issue was the a/c expansion valve which is 100% covered by warranty and now my problem is fixed. From now on I will be driving down to Jenkin’s Subaru for my service needs!
