Amazing service! Charlie helped me find the car of my dreams! The receptionist was incredibly welcoming! Will definitely be returning!
Went to the Service Departement and though the location is smaller than most MB I have seen, their Service attendants are dynamic and as professional as you would expect at a MB dealership! I drove in, replaced a remote battery and was on my way in no time!
I drove 3 hours to test drive a CPO C-Class in their inventory. Initial phone calls and email were great. When I arrived, the car was detailed and ready for me to drive. I enjoyed the test drive very much and returned to the dealership ready to buy. Sat down with Steve the salesman to talk numbers and the price of the car was $2,000 more than what it was advertised for the days prior. Very disappointing that I drove 6 hours that day ready to buy to false advertising. The price was raised to $27,420 on their website the day of but on Cars.com it was still at the original $25,420 that I saw. I only gave 3 stars because Steve took the time to prep the car for me.
Great cars great service dept
Just want to say thanks to Tom for a great experience first time with your service dept. Im on my 8th MB, lived in the DC/Balt area using both EuroMotorcars, Annapolis, Hagerstown and never had such a seamless, professional and honest service experience as I had when I brought my GLK in for recalls and 90K service. Will be coming in soon for a new SUV. Thanks again!Bill
Service department is rude and crocked
Top of the line when it comes to customer service!! Always helpful and willing to accommodate you in any way possible!! Would highly recommend if youre looking for a Mercedes!!!
We had a wonderful experience here. We were traveling and my Mercedes had issues. They helped us and made my family comfortable as we waited. Smallest Mercedes dealership I have been too but by far the nicest and most courteous staff I have ever encountered. Highly recommend for your new or used Mercedes and service.
My dad recommended this dealership after buying his new C300 Mercedes. Steve was the Salesman my father and I dealt with. He was super professional and pleasant to work with. After two months, I had some concerns about my car and Steve made sure to answer/return all my calls about any questions and concerns I had ( even though I live in a different state and have a Mercedes dealership near me).Ill definitely buy my next Mercedes from this dealership and Steve, no matter what state I live in. Thank you for your help
Great service. Kyle and the team are great
Took my supercharged c class for a simple overpriced engine oil change and supercharger oil change just about 11 days ago. My supercharger is making a HORRIBLE noise now. Took it to rainbow, and they found the supercharger has NO OIL IN IT AT ALL. It isnt leaking from the impeller seals.. It was simply emptied and not filled again. Called dealer and they play STUPID. Service manager is a joke. Im stuck with a broken car and now I need a $2500 supercharger. Its sad how little they care about what their techs did to my vehicle. Everybody makes mistakes, but to treat me unprofessionally on top of ruining my vehicle? Thats not fair. And WV businesses dont even care about the Better Business Bureau. So I highly recommend going to Goodyear for your oil changes, not this Mercedes dealer. Even on new high end cars. At least Goodyear is friendly and not arrogant.
Great place to see if you are into buying newer vehicles. Ask for michael or cathy two very great individuals that work for University toyota.
This dealership is one of the BEST I have ever been to. Excellent service and Jim H. is most dependable and professional. Felt as though I was in the BEST hands I could have been, given the circumstances.
We were there for the Toyota component of dealership. Its a great and honest place to take your vehicle for work. We had an inspection done elsewhere and knew they were lying to us about things that needed repair. We took our vehicle here and they confirmed. They did some cosmetic work we wanted with used parts at our request to save money. Then they updated our inspection for us so we wouldnt have to return to the dishonest place. We have 3 Toyotas and do all maintenance and most repairs ourselves but will definitely return here for anything we cant do on our own.
They constantly find more reasons to bring you back and spend your hard earned money on something more complicated than what you came in with. Hard to trust with you car bc It’ll never be perfect. I started with 1 thing and left with 5 more problems...thanks for looking out for a college student.
Not nearly as welcoming as the Benz dealers in Pittsburgh but great experience with parts department
Not a bad way to start car hunting.staff walks you through options patiently
What can I say..I work there. These folks are absolutely there for you and your mersedez
The Service Guys are the Best. Whenever we are in Morgantown our vehicle goes there.
Purchased my new car I love it very helpful employees gave me a great deal
Looking for a new car
Does not support sprinter Vans or even offer to lend a hand testing the ObD port alarms
Great group of guys they have working in their service department. Theyre honest.. and that by itself is something you dont find everyday at a dealership like this. Would pass up Smith and Astorg any day to bring my cars to these guys. A+
Excellent communication and service personnel. Your car is in good hands!
One of the best benz dealerships customer service I have worked with so far.
Connected to University Toyota a great addition to this community
I am very satisfied with my outcome from my visit in Morgantown I was very upset but when I left I was well taken care of.i was called first thing in the morning informed of how my car work was moving along and when I picked up my car i was greeted promptly with my car waiting. James was friendly and understanding I left a happy ...returning customer!!!
Great cars on lot
Great help.And fast service
Excellence and memorable service! I stopped in without an appointment and was help by Karl in service. The place definitely has a positive vibe.
Today I went to the dealership about several issues I had with my Mercedes Benz car. The representative who was of African American background at the Service desk was constantly rude, when asked questions he would show his anger and talked down on me instead of answering. Never have I ever had such a disgusting conversation. I am still shocked by how I went to an official MB dealership and left thinking of not going back there. Thanks for taking time and reading my review, because I would not trust and leave my car with him.
Excellent customer service. Professional, empathetic, and very knowledgeable. After having a poor experience at the Parkersburg, WV location, the gentlemen at Morgantown Mercedes Benz reminded me how good customer service is suppose to run. Thank you for upholding the high standard of the MB community, where the Parkersburg location fell short.
Superb service manager, Jim and his techs. Intermittent electrical starting problem suddenly surfaced in an older, high mileage MB, 400 miles from home. They took me in at closing time on a Friday, performed analyses, and replaced an old battery at my direction, even though it was not showing fault. I was in town for the weekend and two days later, the problem re-appeared.I left the car with them for a week and continued on my trip, while they tried repeatedly to replicate the problem, without success. Jim was reluctant to spend my money needlessly trying to eliminate causes by trial and error. He assured me he was confident I could make it back home without incident, which I did. There was no charge for any services beyond the battery, and they washed the car as well. If I lived anywhere near the area - I would buy my next MB from this dealership, based solely on my experience with the service department.
Apparently informed consumer questions (maintenance records, inspections, etc.) are deemed incredulous. Feedback is unaccepted as well. I sent the message below to the dealership (not on a public forum) in hopes that they do not make the same mistakes moving forward, and received an email from the salesman (Luka) telling me he didnt appreciate his integrity being questioned. Which is actually quite comical since my comment to the dealership was based Lukas email questioning whether or not I was a broker because only brokers ask the types of questions I asked. Additionally, I was told that there was no need to send me the documents requested because they would not show anything. On one hand, my car evaluation skills have been validated. :) On the other hand, I would NEVER do business with this dealership.----------------------------------------This feedback is in regards to an attempt to obtain information on a vehicle in your inventory in the hopes of purchasing the vehicle. An Internet request was submitted and I received a prompt and courteous phone call from Luka. He was informed that I was an out of state buyer, a previous MB CPO owner (of a very similar vehicle), in the market for a very specific vehicle, and would likely visit the dealership to take delivery. I asked for the autopacket (MSRP, invoice, CarFax, maintenance records, etc.) as well as pictures (as there were none in the listing). About 2 hours later Luka emailed pictures as well as the CarFax report. I once again requested the invoice/MSRP, maintenance records, and CPO records. However, the response this time was not as pleasant. I was told that there was no invoice because it is a used car and told that there was no need in me seeing the maintenance records of the CPO inspection because there isnt anything that was done. I was also questioned as to whether or not I was a broker because Luka was never asked the questions I have asked unless he was dealing with a broker. I am unsure whether I should be flattered (that I am an informed customer) or insulted. We are all aware that luxury cards such as Mercedes-Benz sell themselves and prices, while regional, are pretty standard across dealerships, leaving customer service the differentiator amongst dealerships. With that said, I am disappointed in the customer service Ive received thus far.
Ripped me off when they sold Chevy..twice before I promised never to drive past the place again. Broke my promise this morning on the way to the airport.
Jim and Taurus in service department is helpful professional and friendly.
Every interaction with this dealership has been favorable and proffesional even though I did not actually purchase a vehicle from them. I had every intent of purchasing a CPO GL out of state from them when I came across the ad online. From initial contact, Luka Djordjevic went above and beyond to answer my questions and thoroughly provide all details about the vehicle. He is super responsive, honest and doesn’t make you feel like the typical car salesman just trying to sell you a car. The first impression makes a lasting impression.Unfortunately, I had to back out of the deal last minute on my end, however everyone at the dealership I interacted with was understanding, professional and I would not hesitate to buy a car from them sight unseen in the near future. I’ve had some bad interactions with dealerships of German makes in the past, however Mercedes Benz of Morgantown and their staff seem to have high quality training.
Got my 2018 C43 AMG here. Approval process and paperwork went smoothly and I am one happy customer.
Had to have a recall taken care of and I also wanted a transmission service done, we received 5 star treatment, and Jim is a true gentleman!Thank You,Dave and Jermelyn
Hagerstown gives way better deals and are willing to work with you.. morgantown does not do anything..
Jim is second to none! Great customer service
We were towed in with turbo problem. Car was finished and clean as a whizzle.Phillip and Jim the service manager are extremely knwlegaeble and courteous. I wish Morgantown was closer to Baltimore.Dieter Langendorf
