I came in early on 9/9/20 around 11am completely nervous because Ive never highlighted my hair before. Im used to paying $150-$180 to get my hair done at a salon. The workers showed me exactly what I needed without trying to sell me the most expensive products. They gave me tips for highlighting myself and walked me through everything, genuinely caring. My hair turned out great and Im beyond happy. Thank you for saving me over $100, ladies!

The store is clean and stocked nicely. The lady that took care of me and my daughter was wonderful. I dont remember her name but she worked the night of 1/20/2020.

Recently learned that an employee here tested positive for Covid19 and manager let her work. N told others they can work

Lady working was rude and lazy. Wanted to dye roots blonde had no idea what I was looking for and she wouldn’t even show me what to get just rolled her eyes and said “you need bleach”. Had to google it in the middle of the store. Won’t be returning for their high prices or ignorant staff!

Took my mother here, berry clean store with helpful staff. They didnt have what she needed but were kind enough to give her names of other stores that might.

The people that work there are always rude and not helpful at all. This includes on the phone and in person. Customer service is a big part in a successful buisness. Not happy.
