The store is very well kept and organized. The staff is always quick to help and go above and beyond as well. The down side is that they normally only run one cashier. On the day to day it may be fine, but when 5 people want to check out, grab a chair its going to be a few. Regardless though, its my go to store.

I love the atmosphere of b&n, the bathrooms are remarkably clean.Very calming very magical very quiet only the soft tread of feet and the hushed voices talking in the cafe. a booklovers haven.Although it was just cold enough to give me goosebumps, but not shiver

Love coming here. I love holding a book in my hands reading it instead of my kindle or phone. Plus they have Harry Potter items.

I always love visiting the bookstore and this B&N has an amazing selection. But, I have to mark them down a star because the doors are not accessible! Trying to get through a door that isnt automatic with a stroller (and Im 5 months pregnant) is really a hassle. This would be very inconvenient for people with disabilities as well.

They have SO many good titles.!! They have cute things for kids, and so much more. The little coffee shop is a cute touch as well. I love the atmosphere in Barnes and Nobles and hope they get one in my home city soon.!

When i get time to shop at Barnes & Noble i take at least half the day! To me, this book store is like Disney World is to children. Its a huge store with a variety of offers-kindle devices, office supplies, candles and soaps, cards, crafts, DIY items, jewelry making kits, TOYS for babies and all the way up. I even look through the toy aisles to see cool crafts and learning devices that I can get my own ideas from!This store is my home away from home-A bakery/ sandwhich area to sit at when Im done shopping and need to rest before the trip home.GOOD TO KNOW FOR NEW COMERS- they offer a membership for both adults AND children! Must purchase separately, but definitely worth it.I recently bought about $350 worth of items and after my membership (and my Fetch rewards coupon)was added I only paid about $275 and some change! It may not seem like much but if you buy books as much as I do, you will appreciate the savings that their membership will provide.

Basically one of my favorite places to be. I love how the staff is always helpful. You can sit in the aisles of books and just read. Its always a peaceful place to be.

Every 2 weeks our womens murder book club meets in the private room. Over the years, we have met in several places but this restaurant seems to really enjoy having us there. The salad bar is the best in town with a good selection of side salads & fruit along with an extensive selection of greens & toppings. The servers are very efficient & pleasant.

A lot of choices, pleased with the selection. Had several deals going on during my visit which was nice. There is a coffee shop inside as well. The staff seemed overwhelmed as it took several attempts to get some help but they were polite and knowledgeable when I finally got their attention. They were a bit hard to distinguish from the customers as they do not wear anything special to be easily identified. I had to wait until they stepped behind the counter to figure out who worked there.

Excellent bookstore. One of the last of the old brick and mortar stores. Nice to be able to sit and read.

Excellent selection of books and delicious snacks at the internal Starbucks! Unfortunately, theres not much in terms of religious books that arent Christian based. The service is great though!

No different from your average Barnes and Noble. I appreciated the cafe inside which serves Starbucks coffee and had free WiFi. They had board games to play for free while you sit at their tables which I thought was my favorite part of the store. Pretty small occult/spiritual section which is always my favorite section. They have room for an excess of Christian literature but everyone else gets snubbed, typical for the area though I suppose.

I like this store. So does the family. If I can get the people at the registers to stop pushing their memberships and take care of the customers. Maybe the line of people waiting wouldnt get frustrated? So busy pushing last few times they messed up the purchases.

Went there looking for a certain author. The young lady was so helpful, finding the book and even going into the back to retrieve it. She and the other staff were very positive and helpful.

Always enjoyable coming here. I just wish they would put one closer to us, not all the way up in Morgantown. I can find everything I want here from books, magazines, gifts, pops, action figures, and Gundam model kits. All for comparable prices, even better prices with the membership, which I have had for close to 15 years.

Psst... If the line at the Starbucks down the road is huge, come here instead. Browse the nearby magazines while you are at it.

Has all kind of book tapes that you can get information from you can sit there and read them if you want. I want the books on tape. They also have a cafe pretty good

Found a book I was looking for employees were helpful. The books were put in different spots than they should have been however this was most likely an error on a customers part. The rest of the books were very organized.

I love this place. There are books everywhere, and the staff lets you do your thing. Clean restrooms too. Can get coffee while you browse too. You can also order books through them to get in.

This location has a great selection and quaint cafe. The gentleman working the cafe was extremely helpful and very friendly. The store itself is in an easy location and has ample parking.

Barnes & Noble is always a warm welcoming pleasure. Barnes & Noble Morgantown is no exception. I love that each store is a little different and B&N Morgantown has some toys I havent seen anywhere else some titles emphasized differently then in other B&N stores Ive been in. Definitely University Town influence on the layout and stock choices in the store. Two thumbs up.

This is a nice store but a bit too upper class for me. Everything is very expensive. There are a few bargain bins but mostly filled with useless junk. Im not a big reader but if I was, I would shop elsewhere.

Always a nice place to visit even just to look around. Never had any issues with me or my dogs, barefoot friendly! No dogs allowed in the cafe section but I get that
