I called during the week because they were having issues with their internet. UPS cant found my address so I cant buy anything online. The manager told me to come in on Saturday. I drove 3 hours to pick up some items from the store including textbooks. When I get to the store, there was only 1 person working and the textbook area was closed. The employee was very helpful and reached out to her manager. Unfortunately I was told that there was nothing that they could do for me. I left unhappy and drove back home another 3 hours. I left without buying anything. I had a list of items that I wanted to buy that now I am going to find somewhere else.

It was a little late to open but they had a very good selection, including a shot glass for my travel collection.

Its a good place if you want to get wvu related products, not a huge collection of books though.

Its a college bookstore, staff was great, but I miss the old dungeon location in the bottom of the lair... (yes, it had been a while!)

I rented two books from this store for classes. They emailed me saying I could print 1 label instead of printing off each label for each book and then return both books in one box with 1 label. They ended up charging me for the book that didnt have a label even though they got the box that contained both books. How do you get one book and not the other when the box is over taped? This bookstore is a joke of an operation.

They put one of my books on back order and when I called to ask about it, they blamed the back order issue on me saying I ordered it incorrectly. very rude

Most people here are very helpful when needing a certain book for a class. The management is really great, though. They understand special circumstances and do what they can to get you the books you need or to make refunds.

Great place to have coffee and visit with your family. They have many different articles with WVU logo great clothing, and gifts

West Virginia University bookstore is a very clean establishment staffed by local students. Theyre friendly and are willing to help you out with finding what you need. The BN Cafe inside is very nice and serves good food. The only caveat with this place is that most of the items here are overpriced.

I just love everything WVU. Plus they have lots of WVU stuff you cant get anywhere else. Just wish they carried Football and Basketball jerseys. Especially Basketball.

They make it really easy and straight forward to pick up your books and supplies but cant help to feel that everything upstairs is over priced. Was supposed to storm all week so I bought an 18$ wvu umbrella and noticed the emblem was old and scratched up and looked really old. An 18$ umbrella representing your school should look nice, not worn out. For 18$ you could buy a much nicer and newer version through Amazon or three little caesers pizzas...

We went in to pick up books on move in day. My daughter ordered her books online. There was no line to pick up her books. It was easy to go in and pick everything up.

Everything is marked way up. Just go to The Book Exchange or even buy online. The only reason I ever buy anything here is if its literally not sold anywhere else (eg mandatory university-custom textbooks). Once got bounced between 2 locations 3 times because they literally have no idea what their own inventory is.

As an alumnus of WVU, just enjoy shopping here & purchasing WVU gear.

Best actual bookstore in Morgantown. They just have two shelves, but everything on them is interesting.

We visited there for our t-shirts for New Student Orientation and they were very friendly and helpful about our questions for book purchasing.

Always kind of hard to find what you need, but the employees are always incredibly helpful. Things dont really seem to be organized by section, and if they are it isnt very discernable.

Its a Barnes and Noble, so its all overpriced, the Starbucks doesnt take Starbucks gift cards. The worst thing about this bookstore is that it barely has any books in it besides textbooks. The entire first floor is overpriced WVU merch and maybe 2 shelves of books. Last year there were tons of shelves of books but I guess bookstores arent required to have actual books anymore. Nice place to sit and do homework though if theres any seats open.

We all have to empty our pockets for the books as we remain broke as a student.

Everything is overpriced, obviously, but it is conveniently located and can help you out in a pinch if you have the money.

They really need to hire experienced people from Starbucks if they claim they serve Starbucks coffee! Worst place to have a coffee.
