The service was excellent. They were quick to get my car in-and-out. They answered all my questions that I had for them concerning my vehicle with professional answers. The only thing that I did not like was not being able to watch them work on my vehicle.

Had my sole vehicle go down, unexpectedly. Byrider not only got it repaired the same day I called.. but issued a purchase order to the tow company, to get it in for repairs until I could get away from work to go to the bank. Exemplary service and a great attitude.

William and the manager were amazing, they worked with me and got me in a nice car however the finance company is EXTREMELY rude, you cannot move your date even a day if you’re waiting for payday. They blow your phone up 3-4 very rude toned voicemails at a time. They will call your family if you don’t immediately answer as well. If the finance company was different especially during a pandemic I’d rate them a 5 but the poor customer service and treatment by them does not match the actual store itself and these great buisness men.

I think that the $500 repair cost of four tires, a front end alignment, an oil change, plus my deductible for blown transmission was not that bad. Fortunately my transmission blew within the covered warranty but that is what life can bring. This is the third vehicle I have gotten from them. My first one was totaled in four months and then I rolled over the payments in another vehicle . I was lucky enough to have been covered under numerous times from this company. The guys who repaired my vehicle are a blessing of unsaid words on numerous occasions.

Got approved, so excited. I will use this for future reference.

A computer error caused me to have to repeat a couple steps. The car I wanted got sold the day before my appointment. Since there was issues from the start and having to repeat some things I missed out, however I left satisfied. I got a really nice vehicle at an amazing price that I couldnt have gotten any cheaper anywhere else.

My car had a terrible whine to it, I assumed it was the alternator having some automotive experience. They didnt directly dismiss it as most would with a joe schmoe customer... they actually diagnosed and replaced my alternator and tensioner under the warranty. Nad it only took about 2 hours.

Excellent customer service, price was great and the work done on my vehicle was definitely high standard. Love you guys at JDRYDER. Highly recommended them.

I was told horrible things before we went to JD Byrider.... Our transmission went out on our 02 Subaru Forester, we needed a vehicle and FAST! No other car lot would help us without money down and better credit! We couldn’t even do a lease! We went to our appointment, we had requested something AWD (didn’t think that was going to happen)... we really thought they would put us in a vehicle that we didn’t want or like and then make us pay an arm and a leg! That is NOT what happened at all! They gave us a list of AWD vehicles that would stay within our payment range, we picked the ones we were immediately interested in which was a 09 Subaru Outback. Beautiful car, great mileage and we left the lot in our car that we loved! So, all those negative things that you are hearing, please don’t go by the hear-say! All those horrible things people had said, it wasn’t true!-There is no device that locks your car up if your payment isn’t made on the direct due date- there is a 10 day grace period!-there is a gps tracker incase car is stolen or your on the run (lol)They were kind and understanding of the situation! I’m not saying people have never had issues with them but I think at some point we all have an issue somewhere along the lines in this area. Thank you JD Byrider for your respect, understand and allowing people to have a chance to have a safe car!

Overall, the experience was good. One hiccup, though. The car has a bad air compressor that needs replaced before I will take possession of it. I thought all your cars are serviced and inspected before theyre sold. The Lincoln Im purchasing must have fell through the cracks. I understand it came from another location, but there still isnt an excuse for missing this item. Makes me wonder what else was missed. I agreed to leave the car there and return sometime tomorrow to finish the paperwork and leave with the car. And I expect everything to work!

Was there for 5 hrs it took forever for them to get their act together. Not very happy. Also told them I wanted an All wheel or 4 wheel drive. Then when I arrived they told me I would only qualify for 3 front wheel drives that I could choose from. Even though I told them my monthly rates I wanted to pay before I even got there. If I didnt needed a car so urgent I would have not choosen them. Very disappointed.Had to visit the service department. Thought my brakes were worn. Gregg was just wonderful. Thank you Gregg. The sales department leaves something to desire. Disappointed in sales but service dept was great.

Walked in with a certain amount I could put down and after being told it wasn’t enough by other dealers I came here and they did what was needed and got me in a car that I love!

Overall a solid experience. Treated like a valued customer - Alex and Rod really taken their time, and worked with me to iron out all the details to show me all available options, and with most thorough explanations regarding future payment plans, mobile payment, or in general any questions that I had. Definitely glad that I stopped by.

Well I had a good experience with jdbyrider. I had to have my transmission replaced. It only took about two weeks to have it done. THEY did let me use one of there vehicles until mine was fixed. SO I had a way to go back and forth to work while they were fixing my car. It was very nice of them to do that. I would recommend them to anyone to purchase a vehicle from. They are very nice and polite people who work with you and your income you get. This is my second car that Ive bought from them. Ive had no problems with them. If you have a problem with your vehicle you can just call Greg from the service department and he will get your car or truck in as soon as he can to get looked at. Had a decent experience at JD Byrider! They took care of me and gave me a decent deal on a car. The cars value does not hold to what you will owe in the future and they do not give you gap coverage. They also want you to come on here and give them a good review once they sell a car to you and then they don’t bother to ever call or check on you and your car again. It’s a last resort place with last resort priorities.

The service Department staff are top notch individuals. Greg and his staff are always willing to help they also do their best to help the customer leave better than they came in. Even when the could not fix the mechanical issue Greg and his staff saw that my car got fixed with minimal cost to me.
