Had a great experience for a sudden busted tire Jeep Patriot. Tire was covered under warranty and because they were having a buy 3 tires get 1 for $1, I was able to purchase 4 new tires for an excellent price. Bad part was they didnt have a courtesy driver who was able to transport me back and forth -- apparently only 1 person who works this position and he was not working at the times I needed to be driven.
The staff I encountered were friendly, courteous and worked efficiently to complete the work on my car. They were also helpful to direct me around the paving that was being done around the dealership. Would recommend their Sercives to family and friends.

I went with my dad on Saturday to look at a truck. He previously had a Cadillac Escalade and wanted another GM truck. Trey was a nice guy, but he walked away and we didnt know what was going on. His co-worker was rude and talked down to us. I know we were looking at a used vehicle, but he treated us like we were looking at a junker. The Sierra was beautiful in the pictures. In person? I have never seen a vehicle as dirty as that on the inside and outside (after being detailed) at a dealership. And it wont pass Maryland State inspection with broken door handles. We come from a car family (mechanics and racing in the 70s and 80s). We crawl under any vehicle were looking at and go over it really well. Impression in the end: the staff did not care about their job or customer service. Ive been in sales for over a decade and if I acted like that I wouldve been written up. The older guy with the glasses that all the employees spoke to stayed in his seat and watched us as my dad and I talked instead of coming to see if everything was all right after Trey spoke to him. Three guys came in and started eating pizza in front of everyone. I wasnt sure if they worked there or the dealership was feeding customers because they were not dressed in uniforms. In sales we are taught to never eat in front of customers. This was the most unprofessional dealership I have ever been to.
Very very professional, kind and helpful. Everyone there are good people looking to help. I spent alot of years in Norfolk so i know good and bad dealers when i see them. Shout out to my sales and management members Tom and Patrick. We drove a couple hundred miles to come get or vehicle. We love our purchase and will be returning in the future for our second car. We didnt finish til after closing but thats what happens when you are good at what you do, you get customers and thats what they got from us. Came up to purchase the first car for my adult daughter, they were very helpful and friendly thoguhout the process. Everything electronically submitted on site, made all the paperwork pretty fast and easy, got a decent deal! Robert K was both funny and patient with my daughter and Is decision making. Great staff all around, and no I didnt get anything for this review. I literally drove up from FL to WV just for this purpose and they made it as fast and painless as possible. Would recommend to anyone.

Just bought a car off them and was told there were no problems at all. 2 weeks later the car won’t turn on now it needs fixed and they refuse to fix it without payment. Quite shady that I was told about no issues at all. For better luck go somewhere else and save you’re money.
Awesome dealership. Jonathan was wonderful, I ordered online and went there to pick it up. The 2021 Jeep Renegade was all ready to go so it was smooth transition.During the walk around I did notice a door ding on the passenger side. Jonathan got the his manager Shawn and was able to get it resolved without issues.Chrysler Doge Jeep and Fiat of Morgantown was worth the 1.5 drive :)
They had my car for 3 weeks. Chrysler Sebring Touring Convertible (hard top). They were to fix my hard top as it would not go down and once it was partially down, it wouldnt go up. We also had an issue with a frozen gear shift. We used a screw driver to shift. Needed a very simple part. We paid $500 for absolutely nothing. Hard top doesnt work. Shifter doesnt work and stuff was pulled out of the dash and left open leaving us without air conditioning and having to pull a button to shift to drive or any gear. I used them because they are a Chrysler dealership. Never again!! Poor communication. I will not recommend them to anyone.
Roger was excellent to work with while I ordered new tires and scheduled an oil change for my Jeep Wrangler! Their service department always comes through for me and you can tell that customer service is important to their team!

The people who sold us our jeep where wonderful and helpful! There service department 0/10! They speak to you so rude on the phone! My husband called after realizing he wrote the wrong date on the calendar and wanted to see when we could get in again. They aren’t available until the end of the month. He asked if they had anything sooner and he said they deal with 30 clients and day and talking to my husband on the phone he could of been dealing with 6 others! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS THERE! It’s not worth it! I will never go back even for a car!

Very shady dealership. After finding a vehicle with them and flying from KY to PA to purchase cash on hand. One the salesman picked me up at the airport the vehicle had dents in it, was missing parts and even the shocks. The interior was disgusting the paint had scratches all over it. When questioned about the vehicle the salesman said and I quote “my GM has a hard on for this vehicle” we were out over $700 in plan tickets for a very very shady dealer. Go somewhere else…..anywhere else!!! Run far far away from this place
Tyler was upfront with me about the cost and work that needed done on my Jeep Renegade. He kept me up to date while they were working on my car with prices and he even took me back into the garage to show me what was wrong with my brakes. He then helped me get a discount by helping me apply for the Jeep Credit card and as a bonus I get 5% cash back in all future maintenance! Thanks for the great service!

Drove from Pittsburgh to test drive a 2021 Laramie 1500 and ended up taking the truck home! Loved the experience from start to finish . Doug is a great salesman with a ton of experience. I never felt pressure the entire way through which was a difference than what normally could be said . When it came to negotiate the price I never had to because there price point was the lowest around. Overall I highly recommend CDJRF of Morgantown and will be giving my business to them in the future!

I had a great experience with salesman Tom. He owns the truck I was looking at purchasing it so he was super informative. He was very personable and a pleasure to deal with. Felt I got the deal I walked in wanting. I went after work so it was about 3 hours total from the time I got there until the time I left. Only thing I warn folks is make sure the finance department doesn’t try to add extra services you don’t ask for. Overall a pleasant experience.

Owning a business myself, I Called Shawn (manager) up and ask if he would take care of 500.00 fuel tank issue they knew that had(free tank of gas to get you on your way you know😁 on a vehicle my son bought a week earlier.He said sold as is. With vehicles priced the way they are, especially for younger kids, you would think a car business of their size would come to the table for $500.00. I guess they didnt think they would make enough profit if they had to pay 500.00🤣🤣🤣🤣
I was unfortunately late for my scheduled time due to a mix up on my part regarding the address. When I did arrive just a few minutes later the staff was very friendly and understanding. They were very kind and efficient. Processed my check in without any trouble and I had my inspection completed in a very timely manner. Thank you for making it so easy!
Customer service is the cornerstone of any successful business. The service team is knowledgeable and eager to help. Tom in sales is as good as any you will encounter. I had an issue changing a flat tire on my Jeep Gladiator because the sway bar was disconnected. Called CDJR and spoke with Tom, quick advice followed up by texted instructions, and I was safely on my way out of the woods. Service after the sale is why I will be back to CDJR for this Jeep and each thereafter.
All service was performed on a timely manner and as acheduled. All personnel were very capable and friendly. Tyler Fike was our service advisor. Waiting area was also good woth social distancong as needed.
I went there months ago and found out soon after that they ran my credit about 12 times. I got about 6 denial loan inquiries due to it being ran so many times even though I have great credit. It even dropped my credit score. I went to look at a car and was interested but wanted to keep my options open. I absolutely should not have let them run my credit. Not only that but I was 100% harassed about buying this car after I left. I got called twice a day for about two weeks straight. There is nothing okay about that. I was also called up to a month later concerning that car. It was close to an everyday thing and gave me strong anxiety due to the pressure I felt they were putting on me.
We purchased a used 2016 BMW 3 series grand tourismo for our daughter. We are from Bethel park area of Pittsburgh. About an hours drive - give or take. A nice ride. We were there last Friday as people were POURING into town for the Virginia/WVU GAME. We got there less than an hour till close. RJ- the salesman RJ (there are three) had helped me on the phone all week and texting. RJ was polite, professional, well-educated and UNPUSHY. He gave me all the information I requested in a very timely and nice way for the car in which we were interested. He provided additional information via text and was never rude or forward. These are things I and my husband appreciate in a businessperson. RJ, unknowingly ticked all our secret boxes!!. We were initially interested in a Jeep Wrangler unlimited. However, upon test driving, it was a little too, wranglelerly (this is a new word) for our daughter. The store was closing and we are sure everyone wanted to go home and get ready for the big game. RJ and the dealership stayed open for US. RJ helped our daughter find another car and did test drives with her. At about 8.30 she found a better, newer, lower mileage car! She was elated ; as were we. They stayed until after 9.30 getting it beautifully detailed for her and doing all the financing and paperwork. We are not your cookie cutter people from any angle and they did a wonderful job with everything. The dealership is very very nice - large and pretty, but very small town-ish. The area they are in is also topographically beautiful!! They had numerous used cars and all were very nice. RJ was well versed in cars to start- and added his knowledge and guidance to help us. I will be honest and say that we have been looking for months and months for a car for our daughter. It was honestly RJ and the dealerships sales ethic and approach that made us drive to Morgantown and not stay local. In addition to all of this - the car was lister 5000 dollars - yes 5k- under KBB. That was just icing on the cake. I will tell you that, right now, there are very few used cars because of the covid and the production of microchips and such - and many many many dealers are asking above KBB and adding absurd fees just because they can - never-mind sell BELOW KBB.RJ and these people at the dealership are few and far between. My husband had been in business sales for 50 years and he, time and time, again will say how he loves to do business in West Virginia- that the people are down to earth, easy to work with and honest. I say: Id have to agree.RJ, thank you, again for a wonderful experience from start to finish!!!!!Our daughter loves her car!!!!! This is a generous rating. The staff was super friendly, but the oil change took an hour and a half and cost $95. It’s worth your time to drive up to wheeling dodge to pay $65 for an oil change and it only takes 30 minutes. Not to mention this was o my a 3,000 mile oil change versus the 6,000 mile that I receive in wheeling. I won’t be back.

I bought a 2017 Kia Forte from RJ at CDRJM or Morgantown. My daughter was in an accident and her car was totaled, I was looking for something around 5500.00. RJ said he had this car he could get me in for 7995.00 and it only had 47000 miles on it. I figured out that it really was 7995.00, he quoted what I would pay after a 6000.00 down payment. We were there a while and it was a little after their closing time when we were dealing with the Finance Manager Pat (who was running late for a party), he had us sign everything rather quickly so the next day when I am reviewing the paper work I see the total somehow got to be over $19000.00, I NEVER agreed to pay that price for this car. The care was not cleaned (still had previous owners false eyelashes and change in it) and it broke down and had to be towed by to them 2 days after purchase. They did not find anything wrong with it and did detail the car while they had it. RJ is an excellent salesman, he could sell ice to an eskimo, however I feel as though I was scammed and taken advantage of. I will never buy a car from another Lithia Dealer!
We were treated extremely well at the dealership. I placed some challenges in their way at times and they always came through them in our favor. Tom, our sales person, was the ultimate professional and did a great job keeping his word, as well as, doing what was best for us. Everyone is so nice and helpful, they will explain anything and don’t try to scam you. Being a girl trying to buy a car at a dealership, I think that is important.
They are very nice and professional. The only thing I dislike is that they are expensive. I went in for a supreme oil change (141.95), break flush (175.01), changed all filters (107), air/fuel service (179.95)and free 30k maintenance inspection. The bill was 650 dollars which is kinda steep.Example: The break flush parts were 45 dollars and the labor was a staggering 130 dollars.That is why I will be rating them 4 stars today.
I went in with a fixed amount of money that I had to spend on purchasing a company truck. Salesman Trey Currey and Manager Homer Ramsey made that happen! No hassle and very friendly service. I will definitely come back for future vehicle purchases.

Had a noise in the front of my 2019 ram. Took it back to ourisman of Alexandria three times and they told me nothing was found. After moving to Morgantown WV this dealership found it and repaired on the first service. So far I am very pleased.

BEWARE!!! The service department “serviced” our vehicle while on a holiday trip with our 2 children. They told us our vehicle was repaired and ready to go (charged us double what it should have cost) and let us get on the road for a 2.5 hour trip as the repair shop was closing (5:30pm). We fed our kids and got on the road. About an hour away, the vehicle was having a similar issue and we had to pull over on Route 68 in the middle of nowhere. AAA was amazing and their tow truck driver was fantastic!! But we had to wait until after midnight for someone to pick us (my spouse and 2 children) to bring us home. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!!! We thought that having a Jeep and going to a Jeep dealership, we would be treated fairly...with Covid and it being Christmas we thought they would be fair (even sympathetic)...BOY WERE WE SO VERY WRONG!!! They are NOT BBB accredited and they were condescending. DO NOT take your vehicle there!!
