Ethan was absolutely fantastic! Normally I hate doing all this technological stuff, but Ethan was a pro. Amazing customer service! We even bonded over our love for Valorant and he gave me some good tips! He was very personal and answered all my dumb questions. What a great guy! 10/10 would recommend him and this store!

Kaitlyn is probably the best manager I have ever dealt with. So far we have gotten at least 4 phones from her and will be getting 2 more. She is very knowledgeable and helpful as well as a huge asset to your company. With service like that, I have no need to go elsewhere.

Matt was marvelous..he not only reset and merged my husbands old phone to his new one, but went into an old tablet and sent years of pictures to my new phone..he was very kind, and so knowledgeable..thank you matt...I have been with Verizon from the very beginning wont have another phone company in my home..

I was having some difficulties learning the start of an iPhone sense it was first time owning one and Ethan was great help he basically helped me master it, and in a short amount of time too!!!! Worst experience I have ever had with a company. It took EIGHT hours over two days to switch two phones to this company. Have had nothing but issues since switching. We never received the $500 in promotions. Have been back and forth with the supervisor for almost six months trying to get a resolution. She told us the issue was escalated and account would be credited the $500, never was. Now has not returned 3 different phone calls over a month and the store refuses to pick up my phone calls. I have contacted corporate and they are now involved in the issue. I have never in my life had someone be so unprofessional and had so many issues. Absolutely ridiculous!

Jason was great! Helped me with my problems and lowered my bill after getting a new phone! Will be back forsure and will tell everyone to go to him!

Abby was a blast to work with while also being very efficient and transparent about all of Verizon’s products. She knows her stuff! Our time spent there was quick and easy. It took very little effort to get our data transferred to our new devices. There was no confusion when the phone plan jargon was presented which was comforting. I highly recommend using Abby for any phone, plan, or tablet needs with Verizon!

Some of the best customer service I have experienced, these guys were kind, patient, and very well informed. Even contacted me afterwards to ensure that everything went smoothly. Walked in with a charging problem, walked out with a newer model and a cheaper bill in less than an hour... These guys are good at what they do.

My first time in the door and I was greeted immediately upon entry. Everyone is extremely friendly and they have a well composed team with veteran representatives on hand. We had a very large order of 3 iPhones (upgrades) & 2 Apple watches and despite the newness of our attending associate, every aspect of our transaction was handled in a very timely manner and with the highest regard to professionalism as Ive seen in a cellular retailer. I would highly recommend this location if you have Verizon.

I was surprised to find out that this was not a corporate Verizon store. However, these ladies are fantastic. First rate service! Kaitlyn and Savannah took great care of me, and the service I received from them exceeds any corporate store I’ve ever been to & I’ve been to many Verizon stores in my 20 years of being a customer!

When I arrived, the door was opened for me and I was immediately greeted by everyone in the store. Every employee in the store was super friendly and extremely helpful. I was upgrading my phone, and their team made that effortless and very easy, which normally isn’t my experience when i’ve gone to a different verizon store. It was also a fairly quick process, which it normally isn’t when I upgrade my phone at a different store. After everything I received a follow up text to make sure everything was working smoothly. I highly* recommended this store and the employees that work in it!

This new store opened 2 weeks ago. I went in last night to upgrade my iPhone. Rob was very helpful in explaining their current offers to save me money, offered but did not push other products on me, and made it an easy and smooth transaction to purchase my new iPhone 11. I will never go to another Verizon store in Morgantown again! These reps especially Kaitlyn went above and beyond to help me with a tech issue that other stores just blew me off about in the past. She wasn’t just trying to push the sale, she truly helped me fix my issue first and then gave me my options. I appreciated that. I didn’t plan on upgrading today but because she went above and beyond and saved me more money than what I originally was paying how could I say No!! Thank you!
