Very knowledgeable the prices are great for what you get. The offers for new customers is awesome and great for existing. I love that they have a plan for vets, active,reserves and retired/veterans what makes me happy to be a part of a great company. They dont shy to say let me check my resources to ensure correct answer and that is a mega plus. Keep it up guys and girls. Sprint just tops every carrier that is for sure.

Suncrest store, poor customer service by the Manager. I do not like being called a liar no matter how subtle. Apparently I am not the only person to have an issue with the manager of this store.

Very very poor customer service. The manager had my wife in tears in 5 minutes. Very lucky I was also not in the store. Will never have Sprint service again.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Yes I understand they are busy with the new phone that just came out, but hi ill be right with you is not that damn hard to say to someone. 7 computers in the store and only one works? Dont try to call because they will just mute the ringer. I even Called while in the store and watched them hang up on me! Just go to Verizon, their service is better anyway!

I really wanted to thank the staff that dealt with my tired, just off nightshift self the other day when I came in with a malfunctioning Samsung Galaxg S7. Karen Rivera was very kind, patient, and helpful in getting me a logical work around so I could still receive and answer calls with a speaker, and she set me up with a repair facility in Washington, PA, so I dont have to totally replace my phone yet. Thanks a bunch for dealing with me before my morning coffee!!
