Im very disappointed in the customer service I received here. I walked in today with my boyfriend looking at the VERA sale. (I love Vera and this store, normally) but the worker that was there today proceeded to walk to the edge of the counter and stare at us as if we were criminals. She asked if we were finding what we were looking for and I told her that we were just looking and she proceeded to stare us down, making us feel awkward and unwelcome. I wanted to continue to shop but my boyfriend and I felt pushed away from the store due to this woman working. He even made the comment that she was staring at us and she didnt even look away. Very uncomfortable and disappointing situation where I just wanted to give the company business and shop, but Instead Im angered and unwelcomed.
